Rooms and location was really great with lots of food options and short walk to the beach with a convenience store right next door.
Only feedback to give is that housekeeping missed topping up shower gels and shampoos etc.

It's a little off the street and quiet. Restaurants, supermarkets, and souvenir shops were also conveniently located nearby.The room was spacious with a separate bedroom and living room, making it easy to use, and having a washing machine and water dispenser in the room was very convenient.My washing machine broke down, but I asked the front desk and they fixed it right away.That's right, the exchange shop in the alley here has a good exchange rate, but if you receive the money after counting it together, it's better to count it again in front of you yourself.

Very well located in Sanur.Close to the beach and many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars around.The long driveway makes this spot quieter off the main street. This can be a bit dark at night as the road can be a bit uneven.The pool and villa we stayed in was lovely.Don't leave anything perishable on the kitchen bench, the squirrels will help themselves to your bananas! 😆Staff is very nice and the breakfast and lunch options are very nice.There is no alcohol served, no bar at this resort.Will return again.

Highly recommended if you traveling to Bali with family. I know this hotel because it is my client and I spent one night here.It is so relaxing and quiet. Pool, Gym are available. Located in strategic area. Friendly staff.Room are spacious and nice view and also have complete kitchenware, so you can cook your own meal.

We have stayed at Sayang Sanur three times, all three for long periods, and the experience has only improved. It is a very quiet Resort, in the best area of Sanur, surrounded by restaurants and just a few minutes from the beach.It is our reference Resort every time we go to Bali.Special mention for the newly arrived manager, who is doing a great job proposing and implementing improvements.

Very quiet and relaxed resort.A big swimming pool and a nice smoking area/lounge. Also a library on the balcony for reading and relaxing.Very clean place, and VERY nice and professional staff.Spent two months at Sayang Sanur and was very pleased.

Had the best time at Sayang Sanur Resort! Excellent and luxurious stay with good breakfast included if you book a duplex! Well equipped and very attentive staff and management. Even when our son had a ‘little accident’ in the bed they where very understanding and helpfull. Their pool is great and large enough to fit all customers! Located just of the road, so very quiet at night which goes well with the soft beds with musquito nets. Definitely worth your money and seriously recommend! Thanks for staying! We have been coming to Sayang Sanur for years. Recently the new two bedroom apartments have been built but my husband and I much prefer the older one bedroom apartments with the wonderful balcony looking down on the pool, the bedroom and lounge area complete with dining table, chairs, high ceilings and more. The light in these apartments is also wonderful.But best of all, are the staff. From Ayu and Arisa on reception to Sandy and his team, fantastic! They are happy working together and laugh which is so contagious. Nothing is too much trouble, Putu gives me a quick lesson is Balinese when he is cleaning our room. We will continue to come here, thank you,everyone at Sayang.

Very affordable hotel that has a good location in Sanur, close to the beach and full of restaurants nearby.The room (Terrace House 103) was a good size for us staying 2 months. Cleaning every day!Good pool and free gym.The staff (mainly Sandy, Andi and Ardi) took care of us like family.We will be more than happy to come back.

Service is very unsatisfactory. Even though smoking is allowed in the pool area, other guests complained that I was reprimanded for not being polite at all. Please improve the service again!

Stayed 2 nights in the 1 bedroom villas. We were there with my family of 4 and unable to get a duplex. Worked out cheaper per night and had the villas across from each other. Very spacious, and everything available Inc washing machine. Bed wasn't all that comfortable, and pillows could be a bit firmer. Our room only had a shower head in the bath, so you had to sit in the bath. The gym was quite small without dumbbells or bar. Is equipped with treadmill, bikes and smith machine. Location was spot on, close the our favourite kopi place and access to the beach. I'd go back again 😊

You know those places you find at the end of your travels that make you say “I wish I found this earlier” well Sayang Sanur was that for me. I only stayed 4 nights here but I wish I stayed longer. I had a whole little house to myself which was exactly what I needed. The villa was fully occupied with a kitchen, including cutlery and plates, cups, bowls etc. the bathroom was clean and big and the rooms were stunning. The pool was also very clean and beautiful. The space was quiet and peaceful!I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation at the sayang Sanur hotel because of personal circumstances. We paid a deposit from half of the price of the 2 rooms we booked. Now because of personal circumstances we had to cancel the rooms. The cancellation was done more than 3 months before the actual date's of staying at the hotel. They told us that for cancellation they charge a fee to their guests of 30% (what was very understandable to us). As we thought it would be 30% of de deposit that we already paid. We paid a deposit of half of the total price. Ended up that they asked us to pay 30% cancellation fee on the total amount of the booking. For that it felt unfair to us, we asked to talk to the management. Unfortunately they didn't try to find a solution and just told us that this is their policy. Over all very friendly staff but just be aware of their cancellation policy even if you cancel way upfront (more than 3 months). To us the hotel didn't feel very flexible, our try to find a solution that would worked for both, them and us.

Stayed in the villas which were really nice. Nice rooms, comfy beds and spacious. |Daily breakfast included a bonus - delicious meals and great service. |Be prepared to be woken up at 3-3.30am every morning by the crowing roosters next door. This was annoying!

Great location right in the center of Sanur but off the Main Street. Rooms were very clean and included laundry. The restaurant is good with international food options. Love the greenery and the arched tunnel entry to the property. Makes it feel like a garden oasis.
