The sheets look like they're old... they're yellow ππΌββοΈThe toilet too, is it because it is rarely cleaned? πThe floor under the mattress has a lot of rubbish.There is no iron that can be borrowed π΅βπ«Just borrowing a spoon will get charged π€£π€£π€£

This is a good hotel, only if you buy it on applications like Traveloka and the like. The process at the reception took a very long time, either the staff were slow or the system integration, but honestly it took a long time.

First and last stay here, the check-in process took a really long time, the room was dirty, the sheets and pillowcases had lots of yellow stains and blood stains, the towels were black, the mirror was moldy, the tap water tasted salty, the lights in the toilet were dim, the walls were dirty with lots of spots, better dark curtains are installed to prevent glare from incoming light, no sandals are provided.Please improve the quality and service further

The room is dirty, the sheets and blankets have island stains. The bathroom smells, room service has sprayed room freshener, it still smells, the room lights are gloomy. What's good is the cold AC and friendly service from the lobby staff, bar staff and security is great, the sambal matah chicken food is delicious, the caffe latte drink is also quite delicious.

It's best to wear clothes that are not too revealing, one of the male receptionists, his eyes were flirtatious when he saw the open clothes.Apart from its good position, there is nothing special. Mattress, trash can, curtains, really dirty, traces are not clear. Moving rooms is the same. The bathroom was full of mold, and even mosquito corpses had not been cleaned for who knows how long. Housekeeping won't clean it or ask visitors, you have to come to the reception and ask for it to be cleaned.

I checked in on August 30 2024 and got room 809.Make the service and staff VERY FRIENDLYBut PLEASE repair the bathroom and shower.Moreover, the towels are already blackππ.And the AC is also cold but unfortunately the sound is like a fan

Located on Jalan Pandang Raya, Makassar. When I booked a room here, the shower couldn't be used, because the device to turn on the shower was broken, I wanted to call the receptionist, but I was lazy, because at that time I didn't use the toilet to shower, there was no hot water. The lobby smells bad, it's hot, the check-in and check-out process takes a long time, the floor outside the room is dirty and dusty. Wifi is slow. Not recommended for those of you who want to staycation.
