Just so you know VERY DISAPPOINTED!I had already booked by CS OYO and immediately confirmed it to the place, they said "OK! My order has been confirmed properly" IN REALITY ON THE DDAY I WAS NEWLY KNOWN THAT IT WAS OVERBOOKED!!TLG PLEASE RECOMMEND YOUR MANAGEMENT WITH OYO! JUST MAKES IT ANXIOUS

Already ordered, but the room was full, already paid, but couldn't get a refund, it's like shit, Plogo Plogo staff couldn't help with how to refund, instead they were told to follow the method told by Agoda, just ordered at 8 otw from SBY, got there at 10, but was stuck, couldn't take responsibility It's really bad, if you're rich like that, you should confirm it with the guest so you don't go all the way to the room and find the money missing... it's bad.
