Stayed here twice, and this is the 3rd time. I ordered a long time ago, exactly H-1 month more or less, ordered 2 kmr suite 1 deluxe. Already deposited and paid off in 3 days. When I was about to leave the house (the D-day) it arrived" in the chat from the villa, they said the room I ordered was not available because the owner's family was coming and didn't know when they would be coming home so the rooms were full and there were only deluxe ones.Offered a change of day or downgrade with a refund. OK, I chose to downgrade because there was no way to find another accommodation suddenly when I was about to leave. Even though this is very unprofessional, I tolerate it.When you get there, at 2 pm you should be able to check in. And when I went to the receptionist, the person didn't even know there was someone booking so the room wasn't ready. My group and I were told to wait until we were finally able to enter our room at 3 pm, after the tour we hoped we could immediately rest but instead we waited for a full hour sitting in the reception area with a 2 year old child who was clearly fussy.Long story short, when I entered the room, it started off like normal." It turned out that when I entered the bathroom, the water was pooling on the floor, and the bathroom trash was full of previous guests, there were still used sanitary napkins and tissues. Gosh, it's so dirty. There are also lots of red ants on the walls and floors. I don't know if it was because I was in a hurry to clean it or something. What is clear is that this is a very bad experience. Hopefully it can be fixed

+ cheap price of 300k for suites+ friendly marketing considering that on Friday it can be at 1 pm because I'm waiting for my husband to come home on Friday+ children feel at home because they chose a room near the pool- Hopefully the villa guard can be friendlier because something unpleasant happened ๐๐๐

- Affordable price- The location is far from the crowds, quiet enough to rest, but a bit far from the minimarket- Room size is approximately 4x5 meters with private bathroom- There is a sofa that can be used as a bed- There is tea and coffee and a water heater- There is a swimming pool but it seems only suitable for children to play with water- Good service, the receptionist is with ladies and there are gentlemen (husbands) who help- Separate bathroom and toilet ๐ฅน- The type of spring bed has very soft springs, so if one of you moves to change sleeping position, everyone wakes up because the shaking is very pronounced, and when I stayed here I slept with a newborn baby, every time someone moved their sleeping position my baby was shocked ๐ฅน- The placement of the AC is not right, the AC is installed right at the head, so it's very uncomfortable ๐ฅน Usually in my experience the AC in hotels/villas is positioned at the feet, not the head- There is an extra bed but it is not well prepared, at that time I ordered an extra bed and it turned out that the condition of the mattress was not good (the mattress was torn and the sheets were not like standard villa hotels with clean, plain white sheets)- The water heater in the bathroom is boiling hot, so you have to be very careful when bathing your child, just moving it 0.1mm can turn it into an extraordinary puanaasss

The place is comfortable, suitable for relieving fatigue with the family, nice view, comfortable rooms, there is a mini pool too. There are lots of good spots for photos too. The food menu is also delicious and the prices are quite affordable too. I really recommend this place
