The rooms are clean, have a beautiful night view overlooking Mount Salak. The service is all friendly. Unfortunately the room was not soundproof at all, we could hear noise from outside the room or from the next room.

Strategic location, standard price, breakfast is pretty good even though it's often refilled at 9, parking is a bit of a hassle because it's limited so you have to vallet and it's in a different building so picking up things is a bit of a hassle. The rest is all okay

After a day at Taman Safari, we decided to stay at this hotel. Parking is not their strong point, but they have parking pockets around the hotel and free valet service, so you don't need to worry about parking.When checking in, the deposit must be 100k in cash, you cannot debit or credit card. All rooms are non-smoking, so if you want to smoke, you have to go outside the lobby or to the smoking area in the restaurant. A bit of a hassle, but the rules are clear.The room is just ordinary, looks like a budget hotel with less than optimal maintenance, there is rust and mold in the bathroom. The hot water is also unstable, so bathing becomes less comfortable. The double bed mattress is a combination of two singles, and only two pillows, it doesn't feel comfortable.Standard breakfast, but the fried noodles are delicious. Overall, this hotel is okay for staying overnight, but maybe next time I will try another place.

First & will be the last. First impression of the room, dirty, bathroom mat dirty, walls of the room dirty, the bedsheet also dirty. The shower room too narrow & a bit dark. The door gave you squeaky sound every time you open it. Dont expect much of the quality of the food. Reception should be more friendly. Unfortunately we booked in long holiday nothing much left of choices beside this hotel. Hopefully be better in the future, the cleanliness is the major issue.

Very disappointed with the service from this hotel.After a long journey, I was tired and unable to continue the journey because I was sleepy. Then I tried to book this hotel via Traveloka at 02:00 in the morning. Seeing that the time was entered on the 10th, my check-in was rejected and I had to check-in at 2 pm. Then, because I was tired, I finally made a re-booking directly at the hotel so I could rest immediately. When I asked for a solution to my booking on Traveloka, could it be refunded? The hotel only said to contact Traveloka. When I contacted Traveloka, they immediately confirmed it to the Savero Hotel. but the hotel refused the refund.What disappointed me was:1. If you can't get a refund, why did Savero staff ask me to contact Traveloka first. because Traveloka told me that if the process has received approval from the Savero Hotel, Traveloka will help. For this process I was charged 10% (handling fee) of the price of the room rented. first loss.2. If the hotel has told me from the start that it can't be done, I don't need to be charged credit fees for contacting Traveloka and I won't be charged a handling fee from Traveloka. Your process from the Savero Hotel management is really complicated and troublesome for visitors.If you can't say you can't, there's no need to tell consumers to contact you here and there.I often make reservations here, not the first and not the second, but this is definitely the last.

Very comfortable stay at Savero Style Hotel. Parking is assisted by vallet. Rooms are clean, neat and comfortable. Quite complete, hot water works well, there is a hairdryer which makes it easier. I left something behind, it turns out it was well secured. Thank you. Good experience 🥰

I apologize in advance for having to give a poor rating because it really disturbs your comfort. When checking in, our room was on the 2nd floor and at the very end next to the EXIT door which is used for cleaning service to put all the cleaning equipment. The noise of doors opening and closing as well as equipment and employees passing by was clearly audible in the room so it disturbed us to rest. We ask the hotel to improve services and also review the EXIT door. The receptionist did not apologize when this was conveyed.
