Zero for everything 👎🏼We had the worst accident and were mistreated at the resort. We booked a buggy tour to the jungle and and they have let us start the journey without checking the vehicle or even maintaining it. Suddenly, when we were driving it, the engine or something within the motor have exploded, and some steaming liquid have splashed on my husband’s leg which caused him second-degree burns. The disappointing thing is that the guide did not know how to act, he did not have first aid kit. He had alcohol. He wanted to pour it on my husband’s wound. He wasn’t educated and taught on how to handle such situations. we quickly tried to rush to the center. They did not have any medical tools or a nurse to assess the situation. My husband was in so much pain. They had us wait and we were the one trying to rush them into driving us to a clinic or a hospital.The clinic was poorly equipped and unhygienic, and the doctor that came in later was unexperienced. we had to sort out going to a hospital a day later without their intervention because they made the pain worse.It was the worst experience, and we were on our honeymoon. They have ruined the whole journey and they haven’t even compensate for their mistakes and what they have done. We were really disappointed with how relaxed they were and how they even haven’t offered any compensation or anything to overcome the tragedy.Zero for everything 👎🏼Will share my experience with friends and family
