Stayed here twice, but was disappointed with the service of the old men with mustaches, like the cleaning service department, not very polite,, just opened the door without permission, I didn't lock the door, luckily I was wearing clothes, the second incident was the same as the gentlemen. The old man with the mustache was short, he immediately opened the door again, oh my God, when I wasn't wearing clothes, I immediately ran to close the door, how come he didn't have any manners, was that on purpose or is there really no SOP here... very disappointed... ...

Because the hotel rooms in the main rest area of Raya were full, we ended up staying here in a fairly spacious room with full AC. Sorry there are no photos

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable but the bathroom is not good, there is no hot water, I don't know what, in my room. Parking is large enough for cars

Great hotel, cozy and with the right price, the staff was friendly and allowed me to use their facilities for some emergency car mechanical repair I had to perform. It will be an excellent stop every time I transit in the area in the future

The service is not in line with its name as a hotel, let alone dishes for towels, only cooking 1 room for 1 and if there are 2 guests you have to share towels like that... especially for the guard, an old man who is very unfriendly.

No, the service is not friendly, I really regret checking in at this hotel, in the morning I didn't get anything, plus there was only 1 bottle of mineral water, there was no AC, it got hot in the afternoon, not a hotel, but more like a boarding house😤 where is there no blanket, the towels are dirty, really annoyed with the service, not friendly at all, paid in full, but got a crappy room😤Conclusion... Don't want to check-in at this place again❗

In-room facilities are the worst. You can't get hot water unless you ask for it. There was no place for breakfast, so I was introduced to a local restaurant in front of the hotel.

Hotel management is less than professional,Order using the application and already paid.Meanwhile I checked, at 20:00The hotel staff seemed confusedAnd it looks like my room has been given to someone.The hotel has been replaced but the facilities are minimal.1. No tv2. The water is not strong enough3. There is no water boiling equipment.The conclusion is that I won't go to that hotel again.
