What a waste of money. the bed sheets were dirty + scratchy, the air conditioner wasn't cold, disappointed the person who wanted to sleep couldn't sleep. For the others, it's better to think about "wanting to stay here."

The worst hotel I have ever booked!!! Very bad service! Toiletries are not provided! Asking the staff, they answered that the soap had run out again, how could a hotel like this run out of soap??? Smelly pillows, dirty mattresses. The room is still occupied and wanting to extend is not allowed! If you know it's still occupied and it's not time to check out, don't sell it yet! So customers who want to extend can't do that??? The hotel is very quiet, always says it's full, it's really a loss, anyway, if you stay here, it's better to just look for another one, it's not worth it, I'll give up.

It's not as good as in the photo, sorry, the room is really dirty and be careful, there are lots of hypnotists there. I got 750 thousand bodus for one of the rooms, it turns out I was hypnotized🥲🥲

The bedroom was dirty, full of dirty stains, uncomfortable, the room was not soundproof, the bathroom smelled and was a bit damaged, it took strength to open and close the bathroom door hinges, there were traces of cigarette ash in the sink, it wasn't cleaned when I first came in, there was no electric plug for it. There are no towels and soap/shampoo on the charger, no new toothbrush provided, no mineral water either.

Beware of fraud, it doesn't match the picture. Bad hotel, bad rooms, bad hallways, bad rooms. Dirty floor. Don't ever come here unless your money is tight.

This hotel doesn't match the photos, the room is dirty, the mattress is hard, the bathroom is smelly, the towels are dirty, you have to ask for soap first, and the person on duty during the day is not friendly at all. Very sorry

Strange hotel, no drinks provided. You have to ask for towels first and then give them. wifi doesn't work. the room is dirty, the mattress is dirty. the receptionist is crazy. It's not clear at all that this hotel is better to look for another place

Ceremmm. When I first arrived the door wasn't closed. The AC has hot air. Very dirty. The toilet smells really bad. Many mosquitoes. The window can't be opened anymore...

The room is dirty, it hasn't been swept, the bathroom is also dirty, it hasn't been swept, there are still hair residues from previous guests, the sheets are dirty, like there are lots of climbs stuck to them, the sheets already feel cold (like they've been used a lot and haven't changed them), there's no soap in the bathroom. , and other toiletries, even though the application already includes toiletries and towels, they don't have the same ones. The AC in the room leaked so the room flooded. The room has lots of mosquitoes. The receptionist was rude and not friendly. Please fix it

I booked a hotel only for transit, the mattress was a bit hard, the room was large enough and there was a television but there was only 1 channel that could be watched, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned because my feet immediately turned black and the bathroom door had its handles knocked off.then for the bathroom the toilet seat is removed and only 3M glue is attached, there is no toilet paper, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and only 1 towel is provided

Hotel close to Juanda station. The way to the location is convenient. In front there is an ATM link. The atmosphere in front of the hotel is very comfortable, there is a place to hang out but it's not big, enough parking for cars. Friendly receptionist, to go up and down use the elevator. Hotel rooms have AC, non-digital TV and non-smart TV, limited channels. The mattress is a bit hard, there is a large mirror, cupboard. The bathroom is quite comfortable, but toothpaste, toothbrushes and towels are not provided. The shower doesn't work, the water in the sink is small, there's no hot water either. There are windows that can be opened, the view is quite good. Maybe the facilities in other rooms are different, because you got the price from Traveloka, the price is indeed below the hotel price per night. Access to food and drinks is quite close. There are also food dishes from the hotel if you want to order.
