Nice place, because it is integrated with the mall. Want to go anywhere close by and there are lots of snacks in the surrounding places too. Rooms are clean. The staff is also okay. Good for resting and sleeping

The lights in the room I booked were not very bright while the bathroom was very bright, but the service also needs to be improved. Even before check out time, I was called, it was a bit annoying, it was confirmed from the start, check in was later than 2 o'clock, even though it was far away" Dr. The airport was told to wait. Quite Possibly the best offer out of Gorontalo City.Room did not disappoint, especially the two bedroom for families with in-room dining amenities kept us cool on hotter days, and nice warm showers after Whale-Shark visits just a brisk 25 mins away. Can't complain about the views in either direction either.Going above and beyond; The GM, Pak Risky, was very attentive to our needs and deployed mr. Franky whom made sure our experience was comfortable - from remote navigational support to kindly providing a spare power cable to replace our existing damaged one.Of course there's the convenience of being attached to the town's main shopping center to resuply & recharge between adventurous daytrips.Looking forward to a return visit.

In terms of strategic location because it is in a mall but in terms of service it is lacking, the room is not cleaned every day, you have to request it first, then this time you stay at the hotel to clean the room you have to request it first. This is the first time I've tried staying here because I wanted to try it because I usually go to Aston, but I'm thinking about the future.

I am very disappointed with the car parking area, while they receive parking fees every day and the parking facilities are inadequate so it damages the vehicle, my car lights are broken, the parking attendant also just hangs out and sleeps, then the manager is not responsible.
