Almost all of the reviews here are true, based on my personal experience. It's true that they asked for extra money because they said on the app it wasn't the same as the original price (I'm confused why they didn't just increase it) and getting a room on the 3rd floor was great for going up the stairs while carrying things and small children because the prices on floors 1-2 were different, it could be up to 100 thousand, The staff are really rude, at least they smile, sir/madam, BUT the plus is that the rooms are comfortable, clean, the AC is cold, you can watch national TV broadcasts.I would say, with the price of 3 rooms 150/mlm it's worth it, just be enthusiastic about going up the stairs🤣if the problem is that the staff is not friendly enough, I really don't care, just ask them back but if it can be done, it will be fixed for the continuity of your boss's business🙏🏻😭 hahahaThe point is, don't be surprised if you are asked to add more, because the room is comfortable/really suitable for the price + extra.I still give 5 stars overall.

There are three floor options for accommodation:Floor 1-250 thousandFloor 2-200 thousandFloor 3-150 thousandEven though you can get a low fee via the app, there will be a notification like the one in the picture, but the facilities and rooms are nice and neat and smell good, as well as the bathroom, there are 3 shower modes with fast water👍🏻

really don't recommend.When you come here you are not allowed to check in if you don't pay the additional fee, because the price in the application doesn't match the actual price. Even though we are customers, we don't know anything, we've paid via the application and the invoice has gone out. If there's a difference in price, that's a problem between the owner and the application, what do you think! You don't have to use the app if necessary, we just know the price in the app, there's no notification for additional funds. and after confirming with the application and CS of the Reddoorz vendor, there should be NO ADDITIONAL FEES. I immediately asked for relocation to another accommodation. It can't be like that, it's not a matter of money, but if you want to cheat, that's fine, I mean, if for the price you charge, I won't choose your place. People choose because they already know the price listed on the application.After reviewing it, it also turned out that many others were asking for additional funds. tsk tsk, not clear

Even though you have booked on the app, they still ask for the data on your KTP. This place is quiet, not noisy, there are no young couples, this is really just sharia👍🏻The rooms are nice, AC & TV okay! Bathroom ok! There is a table and chairs, a cupboard is also ok! get mineral water. There are towels, but you can't get toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap!! The trash box is not in the room, it is in front of the room door.Be careful if you want to stay here, prepare extra money because when I wanted to check in the receptionist asked for extra money, he said the price in the application did not match their standard prices. Whether I wanted to or not, I added money because it was a long way to go (It should be the boarding house that take care of it in the application, it's not the guests who have to add it or just close the collaboration with the application!)For receptionists, maybe don't be too curious about asking where guests are from, where they want to go and inferring where they want to go, sometimes that's something that makes guests feel uncomfortable.

Strategic location not far from Demangan LRT station. You can check in early, there is an additional fee, you can get mineral water, there is a kitchen, dispenser, large parking area, safe. According to price. Standard WiFi is only very busy at night and it's really slow..

If the problem is location and the room is good, the AC is cold and the room is clean and comfortable, but when I ordered on the Red**orz application, I was told to add more when the price didn't match their rate, even though the application gave a discount, why do we get a discount if we were told to add more, and were told If we didn't want to add more money, we were told to just look for another place, the amenities were like shampoo, soap, toothbrush, you couldn't get it, you only got a towel, a trash can wasn't provided in the room. Staff not friendly

Bad management, I came with my family from far away and arrived here at 3 in the morning but was asked for additional money because the price on the Reddoorzz app was cheaper than the standard priceThe relevant management should be the one dealing with Reddoorz, not the guests who are asked to increase the feesAt 3 am, my family and I were told to wait in front because we had to pay directly without any compensation from the accommodation.Bad accommodation, for those who want to stay here, it's better to think first
