The most worth it hotel I have ever found in the Ciputat area, close to BXsea, 15 minutes to arrive. Thank God, when I booked the room, there was a promo per room for only 300 thousand and you could get free breakfast as much as you can at the restaurant. The favorite breakfast here is the omelette and coffee which can be made in various ways, for others it is standard. There is a swimming pool, clean. Close to Alfamart, just walk if you need anything. Clean rooms. It's a shame that the air conditioner isn't cold enough, especially during the day, maybe it's not as hot as Jabodetabek. The facilities are good, especially the TV has Android TV and Netflix Premium. The employees are very friendly. Highly recommended.

We chose to stay here to attend my son's graduation yesterday, September 29.We booked via tiket.com about 2 weeks in advance if I'm not mistaken. And the e-ticket also says free parking when staying there.When I read some reviews of this hotel, someone wrote that he had to pay a certain amount of money for parking. He was angry and felt disappointed with the service at this hotel. There are also reviews that say the AC is not cold, only 1 towel is provided in the room. There are also complaints that the rooms have cockroaches, insects on the bed sheets, etc...Then in the morning before I checked in, I tried to contact the receptionist and ask about previous guests' complaints.The clerk stated that parking is FREE. In accordance with what is on the e-ticket. There are 2 towels per room. Maybe there was a problem with the AC at that time, but not all of it, of course it wasn't cold. If it's all better the hotel just closes...So my temporary conclusion is, perhaps the guest has never stayed at a hotel before. Sorry without meaning to be derogatory, but if we often stay at hotels, the standard rule is that we report our vehicle (whatever it is, be it a motorbike or a car) to the hotel receptionist. So when we check out, the system will automatically delete it and we don't pay anything when we leave.Nothing is difficult if we do what we should do.Sorry again if anyone doesn't like my statement above.Regarding towels, maybe because this is a relatively new hotel, the human resources are not yet fully trained. Just my suggestion, maybe there should be more frequent training to carry out the SOP for their duties according to standards.I personally have almost no complaints, only when I first entered the room, there was a disturbing smell of cigarettes. Maybe the previous guest was a smoker and he smoked in the room. If he smokes in the bathroom, there is an exhaust fan, so the smoke and aroma are sucked upwards. And the bathroom also has a bad smell. Please pay attention, because the bathroom is one of the important areas for guests to stay.
