Actually, the villa is nice and spacious for a group of people, even though there are lots of unused items thrown around making it look cramped but it's not too annoying, what makes it unpleasant is that the guards and the villa are not friendly and don't confirm when they want to confirm the facilities so that we, the tenants, are disturbed from using the facilities. Yes, many of the facilities are damaged and don't seem to have been repaired, there is a lack of privacy provided by the villa, such as going into the villa without prior confirmation, whether it's because we are renting teenagers so they take it lightly or what, but in my opinion the attitude of the guards is very displeasing. in facilitating and maintaining tenant privacy, sudden repairs, dead water, not giving access to the gate key... and please really implement the rules that are made because when we rent, in the regulations 11 o'clock is the noisy time limit, but around 9 o'clock/ 10 We were reprimanded by outsiders without any responsibility or explanation from the villa

The villa has a traditional village feel, feels like being in your hometown, the air is cool, lots of green plants make the atmosphere fresh, there are 2 buildings with 5 rooms, really suitable for a holiday, complete facilities starting from billiards, private swimming pool, karaoke, complete kitchen with cooking utensils make you feel at home

The villa is actually comfortable, cool even during the day. kids friendly, complete facilities. but there are quite a lot of minuses.-The swimming pool has no circulation, so it gets dirty quickly- smelly & cloudy water-The water heater sometimes turns on, sometimes doesn't-The garden is poorly maintained, lots of debris & unused items around the villa. so it looks like it's not being taken care of- Villa hours are at 11, but from 9 o'clock there is no noise because it is behind the Islamic boarding school. It should just follow the rules, if it's really disturbing it's better not to have a villa near the Islamic boarding school. because I brought a large family, so I couldn't control my voice-The mattress hurts, because the springs have already sprung up. It should be replaced, because it disturbs sleep & makes the body ache-The toilet is clogged, like it's full.
