the door can't be locked, the AC isn't cold, the cupboard can't be closed, the bathroom glass is blurry and the glass on the table. I ordered a fairly pricey one but got it like that. ugh... it's serious. The service is friendly, the employees are kind and polite.

DOES NOT PROVIDE BREAKFAST!!!! Jaaaauuuuuuh from the stall/selling morning food. Also far awayfrom Alfa/Indomaret. The type of family room that we rent. The facilities are quite complete, there are 2 rooms, 1 large + 1 small, there is a dispenser, TV + wifi which cannot be used, old school AC, drinking water heater, sofa, chairs and a cupboard. Unfortunately it is not maintained/managed well, maybe it is rarely cleaned. the bed sheet pillow smells and makes it itchy. Several lizard feces were found, the bath water was dirty in the morning and there was no flow at night. No spoon was given to stir coffee/tea, no toothbrush + toothpaste. The water dispenser smells and tastes bad, it seems like a non BPA free type dispenser. Hueks. Value for money: not valuable - Not recommend . It's safe because there are guards in the parking lot 24 hours.

The employees were friendly and welcoming when we arrived, and when we left they also thanked us as guests...Get a toothbrush, towel, sugar, tea, coffee, hot water, tissueMines: Book a room priced at 300 with AC... come in at 10pm... doesn't include breakfast... when you first come in the water comes out very little, report it to the employee, the reason is that (the water hasn't risen yet) wait until 12pm the water just started to get bigger... there are 3 lights in the room + a night light on the bed... but only 2 lights are on... so the room is dim".. the shock was even more shocking when I was about to sleep and pulled the blanket smelling of slobber... I swear it was really dirty... the cupboard the clothes were dusty and had cobwebs on them... the towels were a bit smelly...Employee friendliness is okPlease improve cleanliness more

The hotel isn't clear anymore, I'm tired of coming here, the wifi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work, the rooms are smelly and very dirty, the slippery tiles are very messy.

Time junior deluxe room, overall the facilities are okay,, but in the lobby they are not told when we have to check out,, I thought it would be 1 full day, check in at 10 pm, get out at 10 pm, it turns out you don't have to check out at 12 noon, if you want to transit, the latest checkout time long until 6 pm and there is a transit fee according to the room chosen, so please explain when to checkout in the future

Be careful, if you stay here, when you arrive, the motorbike is washed without confirmation first after being washed, you ask for money for expenses even though you didn't ask for anything, you didn't say anything first. Just be firm, it's not a matter of a small amount or not, but a matter of extortion from the security guard.If the room is a problem, don't expect more at that price. But if it's just for a night's rest, that's fine,

The sheets and blankets smelled... and there were lots of weaver ants in the room. WIFI can't be used, because the signal is slow. There is no fan in the room. There is no electric kettle, even though it was given to me at night, I couldn't drink coffee in the morning because the water was already cold. Early in the morning the parking attendant suddenly started washing my motorbike without my permission and without my knowledge. Thank You. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HOTEL FACILITIES.

Thank God.. The place is quite nice, neat, the price is relative, there is WiFi too, the staff is friendly.. The location is affordable on the side of the road.. Parking is safe even though it is open.. Coffee, tea and sugar are available on the table. There is a dispenser outside the room that functions well. Regret only staying overnight... Next stop by again and want to become a regular when I get there... Thank you, Staff and Hotel Naratas for maintaining it and being like this and being successful... Amen

Actually, the hotel is quite good, the service is friendly, I often stay at this hotel, but unfortunately I left something behind in the form of make-up, I tried to call the hotel but unfortunately it was picked up and immediately turned off.
