JELEEKKK!! I already booked & paid via the application, when I arrived at the location the manager said everything was full, so what's the use of the application? After complaining, I looked for another room but said there was a NON AC one even though I had already paid for an AC one. What's worse was that the room was downgraded asking for an ADDITIONAL FEES EXCEEDING THE APPLICATION FEE!!! WITH A NOMINAL OF HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS!

The service is very slow, there is no receptionist, there is only one guard, the guard is not professional enough so guests are left stranded for more than 2 hours. The non-AC rooms are stuffy and not provided with fans. For those who want to book, it's better to look for other accommodation that is more appropriate.

arrived at the location at 4 but CANNOT CHECK IN even though check in can start at 2 o'clock?????? Turns out I couldn't check in because the guard (Tirta) wasn't there and I waited until 6 PM until I arrived, but it turned out the room was zoned and very different from the photo on Traveloka. Even though there's an event tomorrow morning, it's being neglected so I don't know where to rest. I'm just tired of waiting for the guard to come...... if I could give a minus review, I'd give it -100000000000000000 dehhhhhh👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
