I lived here for a month, found a villa on Airbnb, negotiated directly, lowered the price by paying for electricity myself, otherwise they wanted to charge me an additional 5 million for this, the total cost was 20 million for rent, and in the end I got 1.2 million for electricity one room. The villa requires renovation and thorough cleaning, as the stuff is removed superficially and cobwebs remain everywhere. The layout of the territory is strange, the adjacent garden is separated by a wall with a separate entrance and is not used in any way. There is a little noise from the road, but this is compensated by the convenience of driving directly onto the main road, along which you can quickly get to the center of Ubud, nearby there is a cool restaurant Odette, and the fitness club Titi Batu, in fact, next to it I was looking for a villa. Every day a white cat came to the villa and loudly begged for food, so be prepared for unexpected guests)
