Villa 1I lived in it very poorly, as there was no maintenance or follow-up. The first days of opening were beautiful and I received a high rating.Notes are.1/ The swimming pool is dirty and not clean, and the guard refuses to turn on the filter, and if you ask him to turn it on, he turns it on for an hour and then turns it off and says so as not to ruin the motor (may God help you with skin allergies and the bad smell).2/ There is no (external shower). You must enter the room and use the room’s bathroom inside the building.3/ There is no external bathroom4/ The external hinge is ruined and the guard does not want to repair it5/ The waterfall is not working and the guard does not want to fix it6/ The guard does not provide the resident with privacy because there is a door at the pool connected to his residence (a secret entrance) for him to enter and leave as he pleases.7/ There are no air conditioners in the lower hall and the upper hall8/ The French chairs are broken9/ The outdoor sofa in the garden is dirty and has writings on it, which does not look good.10/ The guard lives in the same villa and enters through the same door of the villa. You cannot use the entrance to the villa.11/Your garage is all tanks for the guard’s visitors.12/ There is a villa under construction next to Villa No. 1, which has resulted in the inability to swim or sit in the garden or outdoor balcony, which is exposed to workers all day and all kinds of disturbances.13/ The villa under construction is a source of nuisance because it is close to the villa14/ There is no washing machine15/ There is no clothes iron16/ The hall door opens onto the guard’s corridor. The villa is a new & minimalist building. So it still looks clean. WIFI is free & quite fast, each room has AC, rainy season weather can be used. Because the air outside is not as cold as summer. The downside is that there is no outside bathroom. Those who sleep outside have to go to their room, feel free. The yard is not large enough to play. Plus, it's half an hour's walk or drive to the tea garden, bro. The view is very beautiful👍

The employee is not right. Reservation on April 28, 2023. Check-in at 2 pm. The place is still a mess, the swimming pool has dirty water (kids can't enjoy it) there is no children's playground, only gallon water is given left over by former guests, the car park is very minimal. On the 29th morning the staff woke up late so the swimming pool was only available at 10am. using children, already rented. Expensive per night charged 5.4 million, not according to the price, the refrigerator is also not cold enough, before checkout time is over the electricity period, the AC has been turned off and it's hot because we brought children & babies. (What stupidity), MAYBE THE OWNER SHOULD READ THIS IN ORDER TO MAKE A CHANGE.

A clean and tidy villa with comfortable beds... I recommend the experience and I will visit this place again
