OUR STAYCATION = NIGHTMARE (I stayed in February 2021)Got this Villa in the Covid-19 situation. What we hope is that we can help friends in the tourism sector (hotels, villas, etc.) in filling the revenue gaps.We stayed on a family staycation, consisting of 4 adults & 3 children (8, 3, 3 years) renting a 2 bedroom private pool villa + extra bed (according to advice from the owner: Mr. Santun). But unfortunately, our staycation didn't live up to expectations.1. POOL THAT CANNOT BE USEDWhen we arrived at the Two Bedroom Villa that we booked, the pool couldn't be used. The grounds are being cleaned. And it could only be used the next day (even though we only stayed 1 night - we planned 2 nights, but in the end we decided against considering the service provided). Here we have assessed his unprofessionalism. Because it's clear that the villa is being rented out, but why was the pool only cleaned on the day we checked in?Can you imagine, we stayed in a villa with a moss green pool?Indeed, we were given a solution to use the pool in the One Bedroom Villa.Just imagine, we stayed overnight with the children and had to go here and there just to swim. What makes it even worse is that our privacy as guests is not respected enough. Because the pool was cleaned for several hours by a mechanical team who went in and out until 10 at night, when our guests were already staying in the villa. Plus, the water flow is turned off during the pool cleaning process. Once again, we are a family with children who cannot possibly have to hold back going to the bathroom.2. THE VILLA IS LESS MAINTENEDMany parts of the villa are poorly maintained. Such as leaking ceilings, rusty sink faucets, moldy cupboards, and rain showers that have fallen off their pipe necks. It's a shame, even though the villa is nice & the location is beautiful.3. OUR BREAKFAST = NIGHTMAREWith the unprofessionalism that occurred at the beginning of our check-in, we hope that our "breakfast" can be maximized as a form of compensation for the service defects that existed at the beginning.Daaaaan... do you know what happened? At 8 o'clock, I waited for breakfast to be delivered to the Villa. It turns out it hasn't been delivered yet (that's when I started to get suspicious). Arriving at 9 o'clock I asked the owner directly about the breakfast, then he responded "Staff Otw to the Villa..."We were relieved, until finally our breakfast came in the form of "JINGGO RICE WRAP".Dude, IS IT A JOKE?????CONCLUSION :During this pandemic situation, all Hotel & Villa businesses are promoting desperately to get as much business as possible, and when they succeed in "snatching" one client... why not make the most of it?This means that Service & Professionalism remains in balance, even though there is price pressure.Because we never know who will stay or become our client, right? Regardless of LOCAL or foreigner.I myself am nobody, just a customer who also works in the Hospitality Industry and likes staycations. But what happens if an influencer suddenly stays overnight and has an unpleasant experience, which is then used as review material on their social networks. As a result, the company's image is bad & business plummets. 🤷🏻♂️PLEASE, Keep in mind "professionalism determines the continuity of a company."EDIT: The owner replied to my review by saying that my family and I only paid 50K. Are you kidding? 🤦🏻♂️Stop being so defensive and learn how to improve your product quality! Rather than confronting your customer with a lie!
