I haven't seen any CCTV in the elevator, so I don't feel safe. I once experienced when I wanted to go down to the lobby (GF) and the elevator door didn't open automatically, I was silent for a moment because it didn't open, I started to panic and I pressed the bell button several times but no one responded then I was silent and thought and finally I pressed the button to open the elevator door opened, a very scary experience 😔😖😨

Honest review of urban town apartmentsI don't understand why my previous post disappeared so I had to make another review.Excess:1. The location is quite strategic with affordable prices2. Parking is still free3. BM can be on WA 24 hours (only for electricity tokens)4. Circle K 24 hours, delicious fettuccine, bapao and the best chocolate date iced drinks.5. There is a minimarket selling gas and gallons, but I prefer to buy on Thursdays because the ladies have a holiday every Thursday or when the bros are there because they are friendly, because the ladies are on WA whenever you can and don't pick up calls, I understand, the main stall is very busy, I'm so bored that I brought a gallon or there's no gas in stock, so WA first but no response 😢😰6. There are swimming pools for adults and children, a jogging track, although I personally prefer to jog around the apartment.7. There is an ATM for those who don't know, located in front of the urban lift, but it's not a BCA ATM.8. You can walk to Superindo because it is located across the main road from the apartment.9. There are food stalls, which are good for getting hungry if you want to cook or if you're saving money10. There's a lot of laundry, but I personally dry it on the balcony and it dries quickly.Deficiencies or needing improvement1. The swimming pool rinse room doesn't have a hook to put clothes on so you have to hold it and the door can't be locked, I thought it was just the door but the one next to it too, last time I swam it was still like that.This is purely my experience while living in urban town Serpong, it could be a better experience for my friends or vice versa 🙏.

Mon, I'm sorry BM is not good, card updates are only served during working hours, even though at the BM office there are people on standby 24 hours. The service is really lacking because IPL is cheap, if I couldn't give it a star I wouldn't give it.

I'm very disappointed as a resident, the access card has been waiting for 1 month after 1 day and it's gone every time I want to go up and down, it's complicated, I have to ask security, parking access is not clear, most people are transit residents, sometimes they don't get a parking space. Strange, if you want to buy a residence here, please think twice!!!

Yesterday it was applied using urbantown stickers affixed to vehicles to make it clear who the occupants were, but over time these stickers seemed to be useless, I didn't even see any of the others attached, the parking lot was very crowded, even though the occupants weren't even half full.

I haven't lived here a year but there are many minuses.Plus:- Affordable- The location is quite close to public transport and grocery stores- Safe package reception, stored in its own storage room, and the security guard checks every item that comes in (even though it's still manual and very bare minimum)- At least as long as I'm here, fellow residents are friendly and respect each other's comfortMinuses:- The water didn't work for 2 days (it only came on for a moment and then it went off again) and Building Management couldn't be contacted at night, the appointment was only until 7pm but it still continued the next day- The emergency door is locked so when there is an earthquake, many people panic looking for other emergency stairs to get down (I can't imagine if the earthquake was strong, just 1-2 minutes would be the difference between life and death)- Security at the pool is worrying, it is very rare for security to patrol there so if you swim alone and drown you just have to accept your fate- The parking lot is full right up to the driveway even though the occupants are not yet at half capacity- Many empty tenants, if you want to find food either via Gofood or go out and make a bit of effort- Refuse duplicate access cards, I can't imagine living in a family of 4 but only having 1 access, especially those who work shifts and have to come home at night and are forced to call their sleeping family/partner- Garbage is piling up and the garbage collection capacity is only 1 trash can per floor, I can't imagine the smell of the unit near the disposal site.- Many people from outside the apartment use the swimming pool- There is no Service Level Agreement so residents cannot ask for compensation if the management is incompetent- Surprisingly there are no ATMs, so you have to go out quite far to look for an ATM

The water still hasn't turned on, the maximum promise was at 19.00, but until 22.00 it still hasn't turned on. BM on the phone also didn't answer

For those who already have children, living here is really uncomfortable, lots of security guards smoke carelessly, there are even small children who just relax and smoke, please make a separate area for smoking and for the lift there is no CCTV, the apartment is really uncomfortable and unsafe. Very sorry I took this unit.
