Overall the place is good. There are some aspects that seem like they could improve: a little more maintenance in the rooms. The walls have holes and the paint is chipping in places. The breakfast service has little variety and makes you eat the same thing every time. One of the days we went at 8:30 (they open at 7) and there was no drink or coffee or half of the food. I think that in this aspect it could be improved but the staff at all times have been lovely. The cleaning works very well. Regarding these rooms, we come as a couple but we believe that as a family model it is better (double couples or come with children).

We thought this hotel was one of the worst hotels. Obviously nice staff, but you have that everywhere in Bali. On a busy road that won't bother you because the hotel complex is about 50 meters away. Don't notice. …

The hotel is a short drive from the center of Ubud. There is not much good about the hotel except that it is quiet and the staff is friendly. The rooms are stuffy and you cannot open the windows because there is a mosquito problem. There is a bathroom that opens to the open air and since you live in a tropical climate, you do not know what kind of animal you will encounter at night. Drinks in the minibar in the room were charged. There was no warning sign, so we learned it while we were leaving. The breakfast served at the hotel is good in terms of flavor but there is very little variety. The dinner we had at the hotel was quite bad. Unfortunately, we paid real pizza price for frozen pizza. The massage we received at the hotel was also not satisfactory. On the first day, the hotel told us that they could take a taxi from the hotel to the center, but unfortunately, after using Grab on the following days, we realized that we paid 2.5 times the price for the taxi. As a result, it is not a hotel that we can recommend because of these many negative things.

Suksma (thank you) Kadiga Villas for the wonderful memories 🙏🏼

Honestly, this place is just very meh. I was expecting better because it did have pretty good reviews. But be prepared for bugs everywhere. The most annoying was they have 2 cats at property- I’m not anti cat by any means but these cats were super annoying and would sit at our door and meow all night and early in the morning. One morning when we opened our door to leave the cat bolted INSIDE our room and was pretty hard to get out of our room. We were told breakfast would be included which it was, but when we went to go enjoy the breakfast looked HORRIBLE. There were ants literally all over the coffee station and fruit. The eggs looked like they were sitting out for hours and all around it was just not appealing. The staff is friendly. The appliances in the room (a/c , refrigerator) are loud too so just be prepared for loud noises between the appliances and the cats all through out the night.
