Rooms are clean, not scary. The bathroom is clean, the sheets are clean, the bed cover is still in plastic like it's been out of laundry. Only when the neighbor's screams can be heard

the service is not good, the staff is rude, the rooms are really bad, the sheets are dirty, the bathroom smells dirty, there are no mats, the towels are really dirty, they look like they're doormats, there's no soap or shampoo, the shower is broken, the jet sower of the toilet is so rusty that my mother's hands are itchy, The window is broken, can't be locked if the room is left, it's not safe, things can be lost because the window is broken, drinking water isn't given if you don't ask for it, noisy motorbikes and cars passing by can't sleep, TV signal is bad and there are only 2 TV channels, when I check out Ignored and not helped, even though if you help me lift things, I'll definitely get a tip!
