Ms. is not very friendly, and if you rent at cootages here, don't bring too many people if you only rent one 2-story building, because later when you check out you will be charged an expensive cash fee.It's better to consult the receptionist before staying, because the place is quiet, beautiful, full of beautiful plants, there is a swimming pool and the view of the mountains is nice ๐

Many parts of the cottage are poorly maintained... the water heater doesn't turn on at all... the refrigerator isn't cold... so there's a risk of the food going stale quicklyRusty slideThe children's swimming pool is also dirty so it can't be used...It's a shame that you have paid a fairly pricey price but the facilities are not adequate

A very terrible place, the room was very dirty, there were even dead animals on the bed, the service was very rude and impolite. There is no place to dry towels, the roads are very slippery because they are rarely cleaned, hot water is not available, the facilities are very poor, not well maintained, many are damaged and can be dangerous. The room lights were very gloomy, many were off. Complaints were even challenged to do it but it would take too long and it would be even dirtier. Sorry, I think this place is very disappointing and I don't recommend Arca Cottage. Thank You.

The service is very bad, the facilities are bad and dirty, many of the lights are dead and dim, not all rooms have hot water, the swimming pool is dirty and the facilities at the swimming pool are not suitable for use because it is very dangerous, a field is provided but the field is not maintained, the goal and the ring is old and rusty, the jacuzzi doesn't work. The TV only has 3 channels. There was an unpleasant incident, our children were accused of keeping Villa Arca's ping pong bed so we had to wait there for quite a long time. Employees are impolite and rude.
