The rooms and interior design for the 2nd floor are luxurious. There is a large TV with a karaoke mic set. Hot water runs smoothly. The view is unfortunately closed by residents' houses. Parking is decent, enough for 3 cars. There is a mini market in front of the villa. Just around the corner towards the Sikarim waterfall

The closest villa to the start of climbing to the top of Sikunir, is located in Sembungan village. some photos only depict Susana on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor is more spacious and new. If the price could be negotiated a little it would definitely be more Joss Gandoss.

This villa on the 2nd floor is really nice, the villa has wooden floors so it's not too cold, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is fast, the back window is really big & the curtains are automatic using a remote, the terrace is also spacious.There are 5 rooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. The main room is very spacious, there is Netflix too, but the internet is not very stable. In front of the villa there is a complete shop & next to the villa there are lots of people selling until evening.The downside is that the parking is narrow, you have to go up stairs (it's a bit difficult for parents), in front of the villa the main route to Sikunir means that if it's busy, there can be traffic jams in front of the villa.

Found this place really randomly. I'm just looking for accommodation that doesn't have stairs because I'm bringing elderly people. Thank God I got this homestay. Can rent cm 1 room out of 3 rooms. Can use the living room, family room. The room has an en suite bathroom. The room is quite clean. The bathroom smells of cigarettes. Opposite Villa Queen is a convenience store. Besides selling fried rice and grilled chicken. There is parking too. Everything is delicious. Alhamdulillah

The place is comfortable. The owner's response is fast, it's close if you want to see the Sikunir sunrise. The bathroom is clean and there is hot water.Suggestions: Provide a mat in front of the bathroom and a towel rack.

Please really tell me the rule of not bringing alcohol, staying here is really good but it won't be comfortable if someone has already checked out leaving the smell of alcohol whether it's on the bed or sofa, in the room there are even flies stuck to the sheets and blankets. Hopefully in the future it will be even more comfortable.

The place is decent, the owner is friendly, unfortunately the front sofa and hanging sofa look dirty, the hot water in the bathroom cannot be used. Looks like it needs to be replaced because it's old. Because there is only 1 hot water in the outside bathroom. So, it was difficult for our group of 11 people. Hopefully there will be more in the future
