Where do I even start. Arrived at the property expecting a 4 star villa which I had booked based on images provided on booking.com. Once we reached the villa we would be staying in, we were shocked as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The villa was overrun with ants and had multiple bugs spiders webs all over which hadn't been cleaned. The bed also had ants all over it. Not the best start to say the least. One of the air conditioning units in the bedroom was also not working so the room was not being cooled sufficiently. We found damp and mould on the bathroom ceiling also. We contacted the reception only to be told that the cleaning team had been sent home and that someone from the reception team would try and resolve this. We decided to head out to let them clean the villa properly and when we returned we were told that the villa had been cleaned and we wouldn't expect any further issues. When we got back to the villa we found the condition had not changed at all. The room still had many bugs all over as well as ants. I have attached a video to show the number of ants after the cleaning attempt.This is where things got worse. As we did not want to sleep in a villa in this condition we were shown another villa which we could be moved to. This villa was in much worse condition and not what you expect from an advertised "4 star" villa. We told the reception team that we would be cancelling our booking due to the condition of the villas and were told that the cancellation fee would be waived. However, since leaving the villa the fee was not waived and I have received no response from the villa. It is not what someone would expect from a villa charging the same price as a 5 star hotel. For travellers to arrive and find the condition of the villas to be not as advertised and then have to find alternative accommodation is not great.Also a warning for anyone planning yo stay at this villa. The reception team are only available until 10 pm after which you are left with security who probably wouldn't be able to help you if any issues were to arise.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and perfect for family and friends to gather. Plus, the service is exceptional and the staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our staying with them.

The villa has everything you need if you like to cook you can the pool is cleaned daily, if you are not afraid of insects and lizards you will have lot of fun in the pool. The view is out of this world. …

I stayed here for a couple of months and found it to be an excellent place for a long stay, especially if you're looking for accommodation with 24/7 service. The team is amazing!The only issue is that it can be a bit noisy due to the nearby road. Other than that, everything is great.

Overprice, property doesn't maintenance well,noisy,I could get better villa with same amount of price. poor service, not friendly staff .Definitely won't come back and not recommended at all.the best thing is only rice field view, which is mostly villa in Ubud has. other than that it not value of money.

My stay at Asri Cinta Villa was mesmerising. I don’t know if many people knew about the place as it was still under construction, so all the villas were brand new. The hospitality was great. Everyone was eager to help us. Though were understaffed at the time of my visit but that didn’t stop them from making our stay memorable. Highlight was the breakfast. My praise is just enough for the place. It’s better if you all experience it yourself.
