This is the first time I've been to this villa, wow, it's really different, I came here on holiday from school before graduating last year, in terms of views it's very good, the rooms are nice but there's no air conditioning/fan, so I like it hot so I'd like to have more sockets for this. in the room, I didn't even get a charge 😭, the service was okay but when we got there the lights suddenly went out all of a sudden during the day and at night, I like to die alone, afraid of the kunti bro 😭😭, the location is really good, really worth it, that's all

Looking for a villa in Puncak for this weekend, looking at reviews but it's strange, like the owner was attacked by a large netizen family. I just want to say that as a fellow business owner, you netizens should not do a review if you are not satisfied, don't do it like that, just give a rating that suits the customer (not the whole village) then give constructive feedback. Just want to say guys, it's just Eid, where's your patience... 🫡. Hopefully we can be wise to each other, because social media has a wide impact. Satisfied here with family. The children also feel at home. Suitable for large family events or office gatherings. I would recommend it! My advice, book well in advance and check back on day 3 because it's often full. Don't let other guests miss you, the list is quite good, especially during the holiday season. If you move the date, get the information immediately, Spy won't be automatically canceled. Seriously, it's that dense 🤭☺️

You won't regret going on holiday with your family to this villa. Worth it!! What I like most is that the toilet room is clean, there is warm water too, there is a full set pantry. So for those who want to bring food ingredients and cook together, that's really possible. The swimming pool is wide, you can use it for BBQs by the pool too. The bed was comfortable, with a linen set like in a hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The management is professional too, I had to change the date, but because of the early information, I was given an alternative room that suited my family's location. Even though it arrived in the middle of the night (yes, because of traffic jams from Gage from Jkt) we still waited and guided the direction. Thank you Villa Cemara, keep the good works! 🙏☺️

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH VILLA CEMARA, booked since February but instead someone booked on the same date, came a long way but got evicted because the only tenant claimed to be a friend of the OWNER and our family was told to give in and look for a VILLA that wasn't suitable with expectations..,If you want to give advice, please put a sign in front of the gate "ONLY OWNER'S FRIENDS CAN RENT ONLY"THANK YOU for disappointing me and our extended family 🙏🙏

Very, very disappointed. It's only once in my life when renting at a villa that we experience a conflict with another tenant. Even though our party had already made a down payment in February with the villa guard, we were the ones who gave in because the other tenant claimed to know the owner. Please help. fix the problem of brokers who take advantage of themselves,

I booked it 1.5 months ago. The deposit money has been given and the cash has also been received. On the day of the event it turned out there was another tenant. He said that because the second tenant was closer to the owner, he was given priority, but even though we booked first, the result was that those of us who had come all the way here were kicked out...we were looking for a replacement villa that didn't meet our expectations. I was a bit disappointed that the villa couldn't help us even though we booked first. If I remember this, it's really sad that my family came all the way here from out of town and were treated like this. Thanks lol!!

My family and I lost to people who used brokers even though we clearly booked and arrived first and the villa guard was careless in setting the schedule, next time we have to confirm the schedule first, but the most annoying thing is ME AND MY FAMILY HAD TO MOVE THE VILLA BECAUSE THEY LOST USE BROKER
