Words wouldn’t describe how perfect our stay at Kaien Villas was. Everything was wonderful, the staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs.Brooke is an incredible host who really makes you feel at home. If you’re lucky you will get to meet her family who are also amazing people. We were really sad to leave after three nights.We booked a private boat through the hotel to go snorkeling around the islands and it was really great too. They also rent bikes which are really new and well maintained. They also offer a laundry service on site which was really useful!The rooms and overall resort is really clean.Five stars aren’t enough to describe this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back here if we come to Gili Air!

A spectacular and special place, where you can relax and rest.The room is beautiful, quite spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. They take care of every detail.The pool area is a call to tranquility, where you can enjoy a book or simply the sun.The staff is charming and friendly, they are very attentive to make sure everything is fine. They provided us with the rental of bicycles (which are very well maintained and in perfect condition. The owners are very friendly (the whole family).The breakfast is delicious and very abundant. They have a great variety and they do it with great dedication.A plus point is that they have a hair dryer, I have not found one in any hotel in Indonesia.It's a shame to have to leave. If we return to the island we will surely return here, thank you very much guys!

We changed hotels and saw this one, we loved everything, clean pool, clean room with all the comforts, attentive and pleasant staff, family hotel and everything was perfect. Rent bikes and make getting around the island much easier. We recommend it if you don't want to risk other places that don't take cleanliness, furniture, etc. into account.

An amazing villa, run by an awesome host with wonderful staff. In a quiet location, the rooms are clean and spacious. The healthy food is prepared in the kitchen by local staff and the pool is cool and clean. Value for money.

Excellent!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and loved our stay at Kaien Villa. The room/bathroom was luxurious, and the staff was amazing!! Thanks to Brooke, Joe and Tia, we will have the best memories of Gili Air thanks to you 🙏

WOW WOW WOW WOOOOOW!This place is just WOW!First of all, all the staff (Tia, Zul, Didi) and the owner Brooke are wonderful persons! I felt very comfortable with every single person here! They are helpful, friendly and they all can read your mind! When you needed something, they see it immediately and ask you if they can help. When you needed your “me-time” they knew and left you alone. I couldn’t ask for more.The room and the bathroom is well thought equipped and very clean.The pool had the perfect temperature (not too hot and not too cold).We stayed here in the fasting time (Ramadan) so we could hear the mosque nearby very well in the morning and in the evening/night. We read the reviews before so we already knew when we came. It didn’t bother us at all.My sister and I were really sad when we left after 4 nights. I could go on and on with the good review.I just highly recommend you to go and see for yourself how great this place and staff is. It’s a little quiet piece of paradise and we’ll definitely come back with our whole family someday! Hope to see you very soon!
