Review that it is the highest quality hotel there isThe rooms are noise-free, as Mecca, can be heard throughout the island, and it is uncomfortable to sleep.The hotel facilities are greatThey have bike rentals, they help you with everything you need.The pool is great with its necessary towels.Important bed and very comfortable pillowThe bathroom has products and a hairdryer.TV and perfect air conditioning.The breakfast is very complete, you have 4 options that appear in the photo and it is very good and great in quantity.I wanted to REVIEW in an EXTRAORDINARY way the attention and full dedication of BUR, for his beautiful soul and a person full of good vibes with a high level of professionalism, a 10 for this wonderful person who made our vacation perfect.Always repeat 1' from the beach, the best SUNSET area.

Our stay at Senang Villa was incredible. The place is very peaceful, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The staff, especially Bhur, was incredibly welcoming and made our stay even more amazing. The villa is perfectly located-close to the best restaurants and bars, yet tucked away in a quiet area. Highly recommended!

Good location, but standard facilities. Accommodation costs around 10,000 yen by Indonesian standards. I paid over 40,000 yen for one night this time, but it seemed too expensive. You can stay in a better hotel if you pay that price. I feel like I was fooled by the photo. As mentioned in other comments, it is full of mites and will become a problem after a few days.

The best place to stay on Gili Air! We stayed three nights here (out of our three total weeks in Bali) and this was our absolute favorite place. The personal service is truly unique and the staff were without a doubt the best we experienced in our three weeks in Bali. We felt so safe and seen. Highly recommended! (And I have no idea what the staff earn, but I'm sure they deserve a pay rise, because the service they provide is world class).

We liked the location. It was close to the nice beach and far enough so the music or mosque is not loud. There are many constructions happening on the island (which is good that it develops) so you can hear some noises during the day. I think it is temporary though.

The best thing about the place is the attention of the staff, Ardi took great care of us and they were very attentive.The AC worked perfectly and the TV had a connection to Netflix and other platforms.I also recommend the breakfasts.To get to the villa, you must go through a musty, dimly lit and narrow hallway, it is not on the beach as the location indicates. There are only 5 rooms and it is very quiet, we stayed 2 nights, during the stay the water came out of the sink and yellow shower and one of the nights there was no water for several hours, the shower having little pressure at all times. The shower gel could not be used because of the smell it gave off. For the price it is not bad, but don't expect many luxuries.

Booked for 8 days, probably too long for this kinda place on retrospect. This place is better for maybe a one/two night stay.The best thing about this place was Arty. He was amazing - so friendly and helpful – both prior to arrival and during our stay.We’re travelling for 6 months and working 2.5 days per week so Wi-Fi is important to us. The first room we stayed in barely had Wi-Fi so the next day they moved us to a different room. When waking up in the morning in the new room to start some work there was no Wi-Fi. The staff explained the credit had run out and ‘We cannot top up for 8-9 hours because our boss lives in Germany and he’ll be in bed’. So, there’s a 2nd day of no internet and inability to work. We ended up spending £11 each per day to go and use a co-working place near the pier. The SIM card shop on the island was shut every time we went there (Ramadan) the first few days.The resort is tiny – far smaller than the online photos suggest. Just 5 rooms. It isn’t well stocked because there’s nobody staying here – most days it was just us. One day no milk, another no avocado, then no peanut butter, another day no bottled water etc. This got old after 8 days, as did the limited breakfast options. There’s no restaurant or nice seating area to relax in. No beers etc on site – although Arty did offer to go to the shop to buy for us which was kind. The narrow, long, damp and dark alleyway with its rubbish bags you have to clamber over to get to the place is not nice.The pin on Google Maps suggests the accommodation is seafront. It is not. On the plus side, apart from pre-sunrise call for prayer waking us up every single morning, the place is peaceful and without other guests felt like we had a private resort. Once you get out of the long, narrow alleyway you are presented with breathtaking scenery and in all honesty – I think this is the best part of the entire island to stay on with some lovely, bougee restaurants on the doorstep. The beach (as with most of the island) is full of coral and sea-shoes are a must.The rooms are small with no storage. One clothes rail, one sideboard and one stool. No desk to sit at and work, no drawers or cupboards. We lived out of our suitcases for the 1+ week here. For work videocalls, we used to put a suitcase on the bed to act as a desk and use the headboard as chair back. The AC was good.The mosquitoes are insane – I had 3 bites just from 5 mins sitting on the toilet. Whilst an ‘outside toilet’ might look ‘cool’ it’s so unfunctional in a country with mosquitoes and other biting insects – and jeez are they attracted to the humid bathroom. We had to go out and buy coils and bug killer on our second day, and spray the room and bathroom multiple times a day. It doesn’t help that they’ve put netting loosely across the open roof (because the rooms in the hotel next door can see directly into your bathroom) so the mosquitoes can get in easily but cannot get out. Then they feast on you. Shower was powerful and hot but water was brown – as was the water in the toilet (not an issue) and the taps. The people in the resort down the road did not have brown water.To conclude, the place was quite uncomfortable for a long stay, but Arty made it better. Would return for a night, but not for 1+ week again.

The location of Google Maps is NOT real. It is the location of the sign. You have to walk along a narrow alley.Good : Air conditioning, refrigerator(small), swimming poolBad : Room cleaning is bad. It's dirty under the bed and I got bedbug bites.Compared to the location and condition of the house, I think it is little bit over priced.

A great stay at Senang Villa, a little paradise. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are tastefully done. We feel perfectly good in these places.Ardi and his team are smiling, always there to respond to our requests. Hearty breakfasts are brought to the bedroom terrace.I can only recommend this place!

Senang Villa is a very nice accommodation and an oasis of peace! It is a very clean facility and the rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need.We received a very friendly welcome from the staff, especially the on-site manager, Mr. Ardi, who was very helpful and organized bikes, snorkeling trips, etc. for us. One of the best places I ever stayed.Location: 7 minutes by foot from the harbour, 1 minute from the sunset beach, quiet area.Accomondation:rooms have the perfect size, outdoor bathroom, Pool, little individual terasse for each room and everything is so clean!Breakfast: Handmade,fresh breakfast, very tasty!Service: the best service I have seen in ages. Ardi, the hotel Manager makes sure you get everything you need, always looks after you but also gives you, your private space. He really cares about his guests, which gives you the feeling you are at home.I cannot thank you enough for all your support, Ardi, you made my stay so pleasant and convenient!
