It was a pleasant experience staying here.. Strategic location, in front of the villa, a short road directly to Mandiri Beach.. You can play as much as you like on the beach, in front of the villa there is a shower for rinsing.Facilities:✅ Free wifi✅ AC✅ Complete kitchen with stove + gas + cooking & eating utensils✅ Gallons/day provided✅ Baking utensils provided✅ The bathroom is equipped with towels + mini soap✅ Bonfire in the area behind the villa✅ 20 minutes to Way Batu marketPrices are still very reasonable if you want to stay as a family at an affordable price + can cook. Incidentally, my family likes to hunt for fresh fish & cook it themselves then gather at the villa,If you are staying in a hotel at that price, you are not allowed to cook. Really satisfied staying here.Only the floor was a bit damp when we just arrived, perhaps it could be repaired to clean the floor, bean bags and sofa so that it doesn't get damp in the future so that those staying overnight can be more comfortable 👍Overall, it's quite good & comfortable to sleep here.

The most worth it villa along Mandiri Beach, because apart from being cheap, the facilities are also complete, there is a shower outside to rinse off after playing on the beach so we entered the villa with the sand clean, equipped with a smart TV too, fast WiFi, and very close to beach. The minus is that it is far from the crowds, looking for food takes quite a while, so if you want to stay here, make sure you have enough food stock because going to the city center takes ± 1 hour round trip

Affordable homestay near Mandiri Beach, spacious living room, Android TV with internet access, although sometimes the internet connection is often lost, hehethere are 2 rooms, air-conditioned, bathroom in the room, pantry complete with stove, magic com, refrigerator, dispenser and complete kitchen equipment.The front view of the homestay is presented with rows of tall, towering coconut trees, then there is the beach with the calming sound of the waves.The view behind the homestay is a beautiful rice field
