A perfect place to explore Ubud. Above all, the staff is more hospitable than we have ever experienced. The rooms are fantastic, you have the pool almost to yourself and you can choose whether you want to have breakfast in the lobby or by the pool. The staff helps with everything and fulfills all wishes. The location is great, supermarket and Money Chance nearby, as well as bars and warungs.A perfect stay, again at any time!

We had a fantastic experience at Purana for our honeymoon. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.This is the most service oriented place we’ve ever stayed. All of the staff members are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The person who brought breakfast to our room one morning was the same person who took us on an all day tour later. Our room was cleaned on whatever schedule worked best for us each day. Everyone remembered our names and greeted us whenever we crossed paths. All of these details made for a very personal experience. Special shout out to Agust who took us on a few tours and taught us so much about Balinese culture.Also, the food here has no right to be this good. Breakfast every morning was delicious, as were lunches and dinners. The Indonesian meals we had most nights were flavorful and authentic, and they held up as some of the best meals we had during our two weeks in Bali.As far as location, we were a little hesitant to stay outside of central Ubud for our first time in Bali, but so glad we did. The free shuttle (which is really just a private car) was flexible and easy to take to and from the main strip. The resort felt very removed from the chaotic traffic of that area.Overall this place exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Very grateful for our time here.

It was a family trip. (10 and 9 years old)The staff's service was really the best.(They welcomed us with a family-like atmosphere, communicated with us, and gave us feedback)They upgraded our room due to room repairs,and provided various conveniences (costs) as a service for inconveniences.In particular, my son suffered from Bali Belly,and they recommended several nearby 24-hour hospitals and provided great convenience through on-site treatment. The staff here are extremely friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. They also provide a shuttle service to Ubud's center, which is very convenient. The property features a swimming pool, but I noticed that there were quite a few people making noise late into the night. It would be helpful if the management could enforce a quiet time to ensure everyone can rest. On the positive side, both breakfast and dinner were delicious, adding to the overall great experience.

Very good time had.The villas are great but the big plus I find is the team on site full of good attention and incredible kindness. The restaurant is also very very good and convenient prices like in the city center so ending your day with room service in your pool view room was a real luxury. Thanks to the team.

I booked the romance package. I liked the one-hour massage and airport pickup included. The flower decoration in the bathtub was worse than expected. A candle light dinner was also included, and the white wine was delicious, but the main dish (beef stew) was too tough. The stew tasted good so I mixed it with rice. The staff were friendly, but the facilities were old. The air conditioner is particularly noisy, so people with sensitive ears may find it bothersome while sleeping.Personally, I liked it except for the noise from the air conditioner.However, I don't think I will visit again until the air conditioner is replaced with a new one.

Like this hotel very much. It was my first time visiting a hotel in Ubud, but I felt surprisingly friendly. The hotel staff would greet me kindly every day, and the room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a great trip. Special thanks to Mirah who often chatted with us and explained Bali culture and helped us call a taxi to the city. There are also Yannik &Augest and other hotel colleagues who have no time to remember their names. Thank you! ! !

For our honeymoon, we chose Purana Resort with a honeymoon package. We were greeted at the airport with a sign bearing our name, and we had a safe ride with cold towels and water offered. Upon arrival, our room was ready, impeccably clean with fresh flowers, and pre-cooled with air conditioning. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was very filling. We especially recommend the local foods, which were both delicious and plentiful. Agus (Both) checked on us every day to see if we needed anything and treated us kindly. The Ubud Shuttle was comfortable (free) and also flexible. The Candlelight Dinner, Floating Breakfast and Balinese Massage were wonderful! Every detail was thought of, from mosquito repellent to the daily refreshed fruit plate and clean towels, making it a fantastic vacation. We thank the entire Purana team. We recommend it to all couples visiting Ubud. See you again :)

We stayed at this hotel for our first trip to Bali and I had to leave a message to thank the entire team at Purana Boutique Ressort. From the start we were made very welcome and the staff took care of our luggage. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The staff pays attention to every detail and nothing is left to chance (flowers, decoration and other little touches). The establishment offers a wide choice of activities and services (free shuttles to the city center). They can be reached 24 hours a day at reception and on WhatsApp. I wanted to thank each of the people who took care of us and particularly Agustawan for his kindness and professionalism. Special mention for the market visit and the Balinese cooking class with chef Artini. Rare are places like this, where attention to detail is so important. I highly recommend this establishment and I will return. Thank you for everything 🫶
