My experience of staying here is that the rooms are comfortable and the mattress is soft, the friendly service is really the best.

I can honestly say, at first I was hesitant about staying here, my wife said it wasn't good, people's comments, why don't you bring your marriage certificate. Because it was late and this was the closest thing, we and our 1 year old baby decided to stay the night here while praying that unpleasant incidents like those comments would not happen to us. When we first checked in we were immediately asked for a marriage certificate, because we didn't bring it, we gave them the original ID cards of husband and wife and checked. Finally we entered the room, it turned out there was only one room left, we were immediately shocked, because there was a baby. But given a FREE extra bed, because there were small children. The small amount of water that people are talking about turns out to be just a matter of asking the staff to turn on the pump at the times we provide. We also get free coffee, but it's only allowed in the front room, not in the assigned room. My child can also take a hot shower.And their service is friendly. When I asked which employee was being cranky (even though I was being careless😄, the victim read the comment), the staff informed me that he had been fired. So friends, I don't want to benefit this person's business. But thankfully I didn't experience everything that my friends experienced, I ONLY needed communication, just WA to the number in the room if there were complaints or things weren't clear. Free WIFI too. And my wife also said that I had to stay overnight here (because I was working in Bangka for the next 1 year). The wife saw for herself how this simple homestay did not accept couples or bring the opposite sex into the room. That's it, friends, experience.

I'm just here to wait for the ship to dock at Pangkal Balam Harbor..For the price paid, there are many other better choices than this...The room is too narrow.. there is no drinking water heater..

They weren't accepted here because they didn't bring a marriage certificate... even though they had photos from the time of the wedding...It's impossible to take a wedding book with you on holiday...forgot to take a photo...you brought a child too...poor child looking for a hotel

Honestly, just staying here is enough. The service was very unfriendly, our complaints were not responded to. The foam mattress is thin, the room has lots of mosquitoes, the hot water is not really different from the advertisement on IG, the water is very small. The rooms are far from aesthetic, what I really don't like is that the service isn't really friendly. The human resources must be improved again, even though every time we check in we have to deposit money too. He said there is no free coffee either. But if you want to save money, that's fine because it's only 110k. But don't expect quality
