We rented a scooter here and when we handed it over the woman pointed to the Nevilla sign and said you can contact us here if you have any problems.The scooter was already not in good condition. The brakes were weak, the tires were worn out and parts of the fairing were sticking out. But since many scooters in the area were in such a condition, we ignored it.On the fourth of five days I had a flat rear tire near Kelingking Beach (approx. 30 minutes from our accommodation and approx. 40 minutes from the rental). We contacted the woman via WhatsApp and waited. When there was no response after four hours, I contacted the number on the sign. We were then told that someone would come to pick up the scooter in about an hour. After about 30 minutes we received a message saying that the scooter cannot be picked up and that we have to take care of a repair ourselves, so we should drive it to the workshop ourselves and pay for it ourselves. When we said no, the woman said we should leave the scooter and arrange a ride at our own expense. When we asked whether she would reimburse us for the overpaid day, the only answer we got was that she now has high costs herself because of repairing the tire.I absolutely cannot recommend this company and would not rent from them again no matter what. It's better to pay a little more straight away and save the very high costs that arise later!

We rented a scooter from a Muslim lady because of its proximity to the port. On the fourth day we had a flat tire. Even though we had her cell phone number and contacted her repeatedly, she didn't get back to us. Only after we called the hotel directly did she look at her WhatsApp messages. At first they said she would pick up the scooter. Later this was not possible and we had to look for a workshop at our own expense. Only after repeated requests did we get the 4th day refunded, but we had to pay for an expensive taxi at our own expense because we were at the other end of the island. Impudence!

Very comfortable if you stay at Nevilla..the place is clean...the guards are friendly..recommended if you want to stay at Nusa Penida👍
