The bathroom is not clean, the AC is not very cold

Accommodation in the city center of 5 Anjung Pandan. Friendly prices, clean rooms, TV, AC, private bathroom and clean towels and soap provided. The rooms are quite spacious too. Parking is also available. It's suitable for travelers on a budget. You can also refill water at the reception

Ordered a single bed room because there were only two of us, because until noon there were no empty rooms which should have been on the 2nd or 3rd floor... but finally we were given a family room on the ground floor.I really enjoyed the ease of room access and the size of the room for 4 nights.The AC is quite cold.But the toilet sometimes overflows the smell,Relatively good service,You can refill gallons of drinking water in front, there is coffee, tea, sugar in front,Parking is quite okay.But unfortunately there is minimal ventilation in the room, but for us who are on holiday it is enough, because we go from morning to evening,Oh yes... there is no water heater here.No brush and toothpaste,Only get bar soap,Also get towels.
