Some of the officers were not friendly, especially security and other waiters. Looks like management needs to provide special training. We as guests feel unappreciated, even though we are guests at rest.

Rooms are okay.. view is okay.. location is also okay.. if the atmosphere is really good for a rest.. and for a holiday..But the name of a holiday means relaxing, calm...and free...This place has too many rules.. the receptionist was initially playing on her cellphone but apparently she was coordinating with the manager because she was calculating the consequences we would get for breaking the rules..But I want to start with excuse me sis, I want to check out, just a moment, let's check first. There are no basic words like that.. security is going back and forth all the time.. you can't put hammocks on the swimming pool poles.. parking has to follow the existing rules even though it hasn't yet. there is a parking line.. the pool light in front of the room at 10 o'clock was turned off even though we were chatting in the pool there were no words sorry can we turn it off... ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃended up with us paying the consequences after negotiating for bringing a portable stove to warm up the chicken and grilled ribs (just for smearing soy sauce and sauce instead of cooking) position at the gazibu pool... indeed they have provided a place on the beach so if someone wants to come here, instead of making a mistake like me, just go straight to the beach and ask the staff to direct them...

The receptionist was too indifferent and unfriendly, the service at breakfast was not friendly, the employees were busy gathering and chatting and not serving, then we had breakfast at 9am but it was all gone, only eggs and soup were left and the waiter was just busy chatting, there were no small talk for confirmation. the food is dirty, the food is left open, the drinks are full of ants and there are even lizards, you can check the photos, the location is pretty good for refreshing, but for the rooms and service, don't expect much, it's very bad

The breakfast menu choices are few and unhygienic, fruit and bread are placed in the open where lots of flies and ants pass by, many of the bowls for serving soup still have traces of other people's food, most likely washed carelessly, and there is a strand of hair in some of the cakes inside. packaging provided at breakfast. In terms of rooms, views and facilities, it is quite okay, but it would be better if there was a hair dryer in the toilet and if the parking area available was wider. Overall, it's a worthwhile experience, not so good but not so bad either, but I hope it will improve so much more in the future.

The place is comfortable, the lake view has lots of photo spots, the rooms are clean, there is a wardrobe, small refrigerator, AC, TV, water heater, you can get a welcome drink and popmie, the bathroom has hot water, shower. Got toiletries. You can eat breakfast while looking at the sea. There are swimming pool facilities and wifi but the internet connection is not fast so I use private wifi. Car parking is a bit narrow close to the road to the room.

I followed Google map. It was night and they were taken to a small dead end street. When I checked in and complained about the wrong map, the female receptionist easily said that many people made mistakes like me. And said we should contact the PIC first. I answered that in the proof of reservation in the application there was no such prompt. And this is not the first time I have booked a room at a resort or hotel. In no other place are guests told that. Shows absolutely no empathy for guests who get lost at night. It turns out that the review on Google is true that the service is lacking.Then he said breakfast would be delivered tomorrow because less than 10 rooms were occupied. And if you don't come for breakfast until 8 o'clock, you are told to go to the restaurant. Why not just contact the guests one by one, it's only a few anyway.The next day the food came. Standard taste. There is rice, bread, cake. My room is Deluxe D1, a standard room but there is no telephone. The swimming pool barrier near the room covers the sea view.

Nice place, varied food, delicious restaurant, there are food trucks too. On holiday, take 6 standard rooms and 3 barrack rooms, happy family. Cici2 gave us a discount on glasses, the information was that the manager was a friendly, humorous person. Last year I had a meeting here with office people, it was also exciting because of the beach view. The meeting room is not too big, but it's okay for 40 people. It's not monotonous meeting in a city hotel. Friendly receptionist, clean rooms, environmental area also clean. Oh yes, at night there is live DJ music. You can do it on a cheap budget. I was also an invited guest at a wedding event here, the beachside venue made the atmosphere even more romantic, full of fresh flower decorations. It's recommended here.If someone says that this hotel has a lot of flaws here and there, maybe you are a complicated guest who has a lot of behavior, and doesn't have an attitude either, and looks down on people. Our holiday here had a positive impression, it's not strange.Be a smart guest. Many of Puri Ansell's guests are also from the village, but not from the village like the guests who feel they are educated, have money but have no respect for fellow humans.Cheers to all Puri Ansell staff.
