Unicorn Bungalow

Very basic hotel 🙁 Our experience at Unicorn Bunglaow has not been good for different aspects:💦 The first day we did not have hot water in the shower, they told us that they would call the technician to fix the problem but the next day everything was the same and we had to request a room change.🚽🚿 The bathrooms are very small... It smells musty, the sink is tiny and the water has a very strange taste. Plus everything is rusty and not very pleasant after a long day of excursions.💡 The lighting in the room is very poor, when it's dark they barely serve as reference lights but little else.😔 The staff is kind and friendly but not very efficient... We warned in advance that on the day of check out, if possible, they would prepare breakfast for us at 07:30 a.m. because the taxi came at 08:00 a.m., they told us there was no problem, but On the day of departure we were not served breakfast until 08:00 and we arrived late… lack of coordination.💦 The pool was frankly dirty and during our 3-day stay we never saw anyone bathing (because there was absolutely no desire to get in there...)🧹🧽 They don't do room service, they don't clean, they don't make the bed, they don't change trash cans... nothing! We had to ask for clean towels both nights when we returned from a day out. The day we arrived we got the feeling that the bedspread on the bed had not been changed from the previous guests due to the smell and some stains we saw.ℹ️ It is important to note that the hotel entrance is at the top of a very steep and regular paved street. You have to be careful if you get on a motorcycle 🛵 and the taxi didn't want to pick us up at the door because you can't turn around 🚕. It must be taken into account.I have never given a hotel such a low rating and I truly regret it. I think they meet the minimum requirements to be called a hotel, but for the price you can find much better accommodations.

Interesting place on top of a hill, beautiful, super good pool, super comfortable and beautiful cabins, super friendly and professional staff, phenomenal locationThe only negative thing I add is the works and they are not works for a while, they are long term and they start super early at 8 in the morning, I understand that it is not the fault of the accommodation but it would not hurt to warn you since they have them next door and It is a large complex they are building.From 8 in the morning they no longer let you sleep

It is a very nice place, especially the pool! The rooms are comfortable, the internet is of poor quality and to get there you have to climb a slightly complex hill. We believe that price quality was fair!

Location close to the beach a bit difficult to access because you have to climb a slope of 100 meters at 45 degrees. Fair price-quality

A lovely place to stay, well located with good restaurants nearby. Great staff, too. I'd definitely stay here again. The only issue is the steep driveway to it from the road. Fine if you have a scooter. If you're older and not fit, look elsewhere.

Nice houses around a small but nice and cool swimming pool. Located at the top of a very steep road, but with a beautiful view of the sea and Gunung Agung.

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our time in Nusa Penida! We did our Advanced Open Water Divers License at Purple Dive Penida which was the diving school right next door. The bungalows are very nice and clean and the view you get to enjoy during your breakfast is awesome.Also I forgot something in our hotel room and they were extremely kind and sent it after us all the way to Lombok with a courier. I am still speechless about that kindness!All in all 100% recommendation!
