Overall the place is clean, comfortable and quiet. For the record, please clean the swimming pool regularly and there are lots of ants

The exterior of the property is quite charming and gives off a lovely Ubud vibe. The pool is great and a definite highlight of the stay. However, our experience with the room and kitchen amenities was disappointing.The room was very basic with no amenities provided. There were no sandals or small towels, just the bare essentials. The beds were short and hard, making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The hygiene was incredibly poor, easily a 1/10. The room was damp and there were insects everywhere, making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, we did not have a restful night.Additionally, the kitchen amenities were lacking, which made our stay less comfortable.I hope the management can address these issues, as the potential for a great stay is there with some improvements.

Modern minimalist design, communicative admin, cheap prices, location not in the city, suitable for those looking for peace.I rented 2 villas, Bhavana II and Bhavana III.Bhavana II: over all okay, safe and clean. Clean swimming pool.Bhavana III: good but not clean. Dirty pool. He said it had been cleaned, waited 1 night to clean, it turned out the next day it was still dirty, cloudy and lots of leaves. Many small animals such as insects enter the rooms downstairs. Maybe because the back design is open so animals can easily enter.The kitchen equipment is quite complete.BBQ equipment provided (request first)Suggestion: The swimming pool is cleaned regularly, so that when someone rents it, it can be used straight away

Comfortable new villa with aesthetic design and rice field views. The kitchen set is complete, the pool is clean, there is warm water. The officers are friendly and quick if someone has trouble 👍🏽

The new villa is quite comfortable to live in, it's a little bit in from Jalan Kaliurang, but the place is quiet, right and left, there are still rice fields.My advice. Please overcome disturbances such as frequent power outages. Because initially it was dead for a while but in the end the MCB was corrected.The swimming pool also needs to be cleaner, in a pool of approximately one meter to 1.2 meters. And also the floor which is not clean, maybe the cleanliness could be improved and the wifi speed needs to be increased because it is still not fast enough.The rooms are comfortable and niceThe villas are lined up but the sound between the villas is still enough to be muffled.In the future, breakfast facilities may be added...And also the restrictions for each villa may be more relaxed with the villa concept.Finally, I can suggest that if you want to find a comfortable villa for resting, you can use it as an alternative when traveling to Jogja.
