I like Umah Lusa. 5 star resort accommodation with complete luxurious facilities and fantastic design, especially the mountain view and you can see the sea and green plains, wow amazing and you really feel the mountain air. Everywhere there are fragrant flowers and lots of green plants. Really like the impression of the spacious, clean and spacious lobby. The receptionist was very friendly, appreciated the hospitality, the rooms were large, nice and comfortable, from the lobby to the swimming pool which was really long and there was a hot Jachuzzi, you know. You should also try the spa, there is a sauna and the massage is really good. As for the food, don't doubt it is very delicious and varied from Indonesian to Balinese to international flavors because the owner also has a restaurant in the Seminyak area. Oh yes, from Umah Lusa the staff also gave you the option of walking to their farm in Tigawase. And also to the Lovina / Singaraja / Bedugul area only half an hour. So there are many activities that we can carry out. Yuhuu If you want to stay again, definitely stay at Umah Lusa.

A new haven of peace, full of charm, to discover absolutely in the north of Bali, perched in the mountain, 20 minutes above Lovina.If you are looking for a little freshness in a suspended, intimate place, then this place is for you.The owners, a mixed Indo/English couple, have put their heart into it and have managed to unite the whole village, which supports them in this adventure. Moreover, all the staff are local. Most of them are former cruise employees, who returned to the village during the pandemic and never left. They are therefore all already trained in tourism and many of them speak perfect English.Not far from the establishment, they have, on dozens of ares, their own organic vegetable garden. You can go there and harvest your own vegetables, and during a cooking class cook them, to finally taste the dishes that you have prepared.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Umah Lusa! The newly built joglo, surrounded by fertile soil and a beautiful variety of plants and flowers, was stunning. The peaceful surroundings and unique design made it a truly memorable experience. We also loved the offerings—clove picking, a visit to a local coffee roastery, and the fact that it’s only 20 minutes from Lovina. The road trip to get there was stunning as well, with breathtaking views the whole way.I love seeing developments like this around Bali, where the design truly responds to and respects the natural environment, creating a feeling that’s close to home. Highly recommend Umah Lusa for anyone wanting an authentic escape in the Munduk area.PS: Thank you to all the team at Umah Lusa for taking care of us :)

Set in the lushes hills of Pedawa Umah Lusa is a big step away form the hustle and bustle of normal Bali life, you get the chance to sit back, relax and take a breath.We where fortunate to stay at Umah Lusa for 2 nights as part of a 5 week family travel and it was just what we needed. The rooms are very well thought out with incredible attention to detail.When you walk out of your room you have views across the ocean in the distance with a back drop of volcanic peaks on the island of Java.As a newly opened resort we where a bit sceptical but we had nothing to worry about as our 2 nights was seamless with great service, warm hospitality and staff that just smiled all the time.Highly recommended for a recharge in tranquil surroundings or as a base to explore the amazing countryside in this unique part of Bali.

I had the pleasure of staying here recently. Such a wonderful experience. The interior design of the villas is immaculate, the service is personal, and outstanding, but the best part of staying here is that it is peaceful, and quiet.It gets colder in the evening which is lovely. They offer complimentary blankets (ask them to set up the camp fire), and do watch the sky at night. The amount of stars you'll see is simply amazing. HIghly recommended!

Uma Lusa is a hidden gem. The cool weather made it perfect to enjoy their beautiful garden, where fireflies danced in the evening—truly magical. The fireplace added a cozy touch, making the nights even more special. The food was delicious, especially knowing it was organic and sourced from their own farm. The fresh air was so refreshing, we didn’t even need AC or a fan.The hosts are exceptional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spa and reflexology treatments were incredibly relaxing, and the excursions to the nearby waterfalls, village, and their own vegetable farm and clove trees were unforgettable. The landscapes around the resort are stunning, truly a serene and enchanting place to stay. Highly recommend this serene and sustainable resort.

UMAH LUSA, an “abode for the day after tomorrow” as it translates.How I wish this would be true!Imagine an abode nested in an enchanted garden, looking at the Java sea, beyond an impressive green valley, from an altitude of 800m, surrounded by lush landscape in a thriving colourful garden.Imagine the fragrances and colours of roselias, petreas, sedap malam, jasmine, jangar ayam, orchids, hanging kechubun, lemputu, lilies, blue hortensias, begonias, dehlias, petunias, hibiscus, busy lizzies, marigold, amarilis just to name a few of the flowers that blossom here in abundance all around.Imagine the excitation of hand-picking fruits and vegetables, of digging roots and then preparing them to be eaten on the same day, imagine the joy, imagine the flavours of such pumpkins, ocra, tomatoes, casava, lettuce, green beans, pees, jepang, rosemary, musturshum, tarragon, dill, fennel, ginten, starfruit, oregano, parsley, thai basil, lemon mint, starfruit, cempaka, bananas, pomelo, longan, lemon, kafir lime and the list goes on.Imagine that the coffee you drink is grown, picked, sun-dried and prepared literally next door.Imagine that the honey on your table is collected from beehives in the valley.Don’t imagine no more, it is real here at Umah Lusa, a truly unique and genuine experience, an enchanted abode in Bali to immerse your senses into pure delight!

Simply sublimeWhat a delightful and beautiful retreat set in the hills. The views are stunning at different times of the day and evening. The attention to detail (especially in my room) was second to none and the prefect place to relax and unwind. I had my best nights sleep in a long time. I was fed and watered to highest standards. Recommend the Passion fruit and orange martini. I will certainly be back when I next to Bali. 😊

An absolutely beautiful experience on my two night stay. On arrival the spectacular view overlooking Lovina on one side and Java on the other. Feels like you’re in the country by the sea with lush organic gardens, fresh produce and fantastic culinary experience. The rooms were beautiful converted Javanese bungalows with Individual hard carvings throughout the woodwork.Staff were attentive bit still in the background and were extremely kind and accomodating. A bottle of red by the fire bit snugged up in a hand woven blanket provided by the hotel was a perfect way to finish the evening, with fireflies all around us.What a truly magical moment weekend reminiscence of the old Bali. Can highly recommend ❤️🌺

(not far from Lovina".After driving through some of the most beautiful valley views as you head to Bali's un-spoilt North, you'll discover the charm, harmony and rewarding sense of tranquility that lead to my companion and I saying two days just wasn't long enough as we just didn't want to tear ourselves away from this idyllic 6 villa. resort.Clearly, a lot of attention to detail has been lovingly applied to create this elegant, relaxing and perfectly located haven.A beautiful combination of luxury amenities that you'd expect to find in 5 star "Big Brand" hotels/resorts, friendly, attentive and traditional unobtrusive Balinese service set a welcoming benchmark for other "boutique" resorts on T"he Island of he Gods.".The remarkable commitment to establish a true "Working Harmony" between resort and surrounding farmland (also owned by the resort). Where and when possible UMAH LUCA grows and cultivates the produce itt's guests enjoy Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.UMAH LUCA provides guests with a sense of indulgence and privilege. Had an amazing stay at Umah Lusa, a perfect place for a relaxing gateaway from the busy canggu life.Everything from the lobby, bedroom, pool, spa, garden and bathroom, amenities are perfect with beautiful details.The food for breakfast and dinner are so delicious with beautiful presentation.Too bad we only stayed one night, will definitely come back and stay longer next time.Thank you so much Umah Lusa 🤗

What a lovely stay we had at Umah Lusa. The view was magical, the room was stunning with such a lovely details. I could not stop myself walking around admiring and taking photos of their immaculate garden, their garden was out of this world!! We also had a beautiful dinner underneath the stars and enjoying a bottle of wine raund the fire pit after. Umah Lusa is simply gorgeous, what a magical getaway we had, will definitely book to stay there again when we return to Bali.
