Before we booked a room here, we communicated with the hotel through WhatsApp number given in google maps. We were very satisfied because they responded to our questions very well and gave us the information needed before our trip. Our stay was nice because, despite the cold weather, the blanket and bed cover given made it warm enough for us. The hot water ran very well. They served us so well that we could even ask for betadine and band aid.The best part was the sunset was spectacular.. Just walked across the street and we saw Batok hill, Bromo, and the sand field... The location of the hotel allowed us to go to the sunrise point by jeep at 3 am.

This is an honest review regards this hotel. Location is strategic, hotel is rundown, looks very basic. We book an cottage with price of Rp. 3,000,000 per night with nothing is come with it meaning room is dirty and ugly . And what make our group is upset is only came with 4 bottle water only per day , and breakfast is tasteless . We got an package to go box because we went to mount Bromo early in the morning and we missed the breakfast time and they just gave us an sloppy food and didnt appetie at all. Please beware to anyone planning to stay at this place especially to tour guide or any expat planned to came here . This is the worst hotel ever . And shame to them with the food the served on breakfast .

The hotel is located just behind the entrance to the national park, so you have to buy relatively expensive park tickets (IDR 250k). The location is apparently good, but from 1 a.m. we are woken up by the noise of motorcycles and jeeps going to the volcano. To see the sunrise, you have to go outside the park and then go back behind the barrier. The rooms are decent, we only experienced a snail invasion ;) It's also quite cold, but we were only there for one night. The price included breakfast - very basic, in fact we could have had a cold, dried omelette and fruit. We also had dinner - tasteless dishes, no spices. Poorly. The facility is certainly beautifully located and well-maintained.

Hotel, although it should be called a motel. Very cold water and impossible to shower, dirty and old rooms, spider webs on the ceiling. Hotel restaurant full of flies on the windows (many dead on the floor that have not been picked up). Cold in the room and no possibility of heating it. In addition to all this, they burn the garbage above the hotel... creating a stink when they burn it.
