I booked a villa with sea views from Booking and when we arrived after a long boat trip they told us that we did not have a reservation, which was a lie because Booking had already charged us for the room, even though we showed the reservation the confirmation number and the payment. They say no, that we have to pay again at the hotel after 3 hours insisting and telling them to give us a solution that it was not our fault. 10 days in Indonesia booking through booking and this had never happened to us, we had our reservation made, the number of confirmation and payment made and they as if nothing was treating us terribly and leaving us stranded after 4 hours of waiting at reception waiting for some solution, they told us that the room we had reserved was OCCUPIED by other guests who could give us another one but it was not the one we had we had paidThe worst travel experience I have ever hadUnpleasant staff and terrible experienceThe views are not that bad either, bugs in the juices and everything is horrible

Nice hotel but far from everything on a hill. Very damaged road. 20 minutes of walking to the first restaurant, it wouldn't be a problem if the cuisine on site was of quality which is absolutely not the case. Staff bordering on incompetence. The view of the sea is superb but another building is being built right in front and it will soon be nothing more than a memory.

The place is a little far and away from everything, but that also gives you peace of mind. The cabins are beautiful. It was what I liked the most.The hotel can call a taxi to take you and wait at restaurants and they also help you book the fastboat to return to Bali.Everyone was friendly but they have to improve their English, communication is difficult because there is no one who speaks good English.

My partner and I just want to have a bed to sleep in the evening because we are usually on the go all day. For this requirement you can find good accommodation in Reynten Hill.A gravel road leads to the hotel, but if you have experience driving a scooter this isn't a problem.Our room was clean, there was warm water, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi sometimes didn't work in the room and the rooms are very noisy.There are different options to choose from for breakfast.There is no dinner.Otherwise, the hotel is very centrally located and you can rent a scooter on site.

To flee ! nothing is right. we paid 120,000 k for 2kg of clothing it’s a shame. no hot water even though there is a large bathtub. hotel to avoid if you want competent staff and a warm hotel. Very poor value for money. deplorable service. I have never seen that

The rooms are very nice. The bed has a canopy, which is appreciated to prevent insect bites. The bathtub is beautiful, although you won't be able to fill it with hot water because it runs out soon.Access there is a complicated path, although to be fair, the whole of Nusa Penida is generally like that.The laundry is quite expensive, we wait for the next hotel to wash the clothes

Not the best number...beautiful, gorgeous view from the window.An open bathroom without a ceiling seemed like a romantic and beautiful solution, but when you need to go to the toilet or wash yourself at night, it’s not a good idea. You check every centimeter so that no one has crawled in, and there is no snake under the rim of the toilet.The bath itself was a bit dirty, I really wanted to get some water and relax, but I didn’t really want to lie there naked.Well, apparently there is no proper insulation; mosquitoes and a lot of insects bit me at night.We only stayed one night, I don't recommend it anymore.But the Breakfast was delicious! 🙂

This hotel is full of fraud people. If you complaint about hot water not coming or any other problem regarding room,they say they call police. They ask double thrible money and blackmail you until we give them the money. Manager putu says he is a police but he is a fraud. Dont stay here ,staff enter room when your not at hotel and steel valuables . If ask for missing things. They simply laugh.

Worst ever hotel ,management,people ive ever been and seeen. All kinds of creepy creatures crawl here and there in your stay and inside your room. Night time this creatures make wierd sounds which leads to having a sleepless night. Breakfast is too worst ,manager pretends to be a police officer , when we complain about any issue with the stay, he blackmails us to call police. Evryone here are fraud. They gave us broke jet in bathroom and blamed us for it and took total of 2M money from us. We had to catch our boat same day afternoon hence we were helpless ,so we had to pay him huge hugee amount of 2M to let us go. Never stay here, zero security , when u go out to roam , staff goes inside your room and tries out all ur belongings. When complained about it they are just laughing. All of them are big mafia batch. Beware and opt to stay on roads instead at this stay. I feel this will be helpful to you all

Nice rooms and friendly people. The breakfast is fine. The location itself is very beautifully situated on top of a hill with beautiful views. Unfortunately, the road there is terrible with a scooter, the road is full of holes and loose stones.

We had to run for our safety!We had a 3-night booking and after complaining about the hot water, we were told at midnight to pack our bags and leave immediately because we were "too complicated".Meanwhile, their marketing manager, threatened us on the phone with "Immigration issues" if we escalated or made any complaint - he said: "Be very careful, we have your passport photos (taken on arrival) We can make you problems with Immigration."I have photos and voice notes, actual evidence. We asked, begged for them to call the police to understand what was happening and they refused it. Instead they gave us a "compensation" in return for us to leave immediately and when they did, they started chasing us out of the place (me and my partner).For your own safety, do not stay at this place. Or if you do, do not complain about the hot water - They say it has a 25l capacity but the photo speaks for itself.And when they do "call the police" - they invite a local friend who was intoxicated, give him a beer and a pack of cigarettes and say "act like a cop".Not to mention the breakfast - You have to make the order the previous night and in the morning when you have it, it looks and tastes like it was made the night before - surprise!The scooter they charge you $100.000 rupiah but if you walk down to the other hotels/hostels they are honest and charge you 70/80.000.The view is amazing, no doubt. But the way we had to leave the island the next morning, afraid that we being chased by the staff, was so not worthy. They even sent us a message via Whatsapp the next morning to let us know they still had the photos of our passports!

very pretty looking hotel with kind attentive staff, lovely pool that you can use at any time of the day, we enjoyed our one night stay but must say that breakfast could've been better and this hotel definitely needs a visible sign to direct customers when it is pitch black as the sign has no visible light; we missed the hotel 3 times in one evening due to this.
