TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS IF YOU STAY HERE.We booked the place to stay for 3 nights.When we returned the first night we noticed that someone had opened our backpacks and we were missing money. Since we didn't want to blame anyone without being sure, on the second day we left the backpacks in such a way that we would know if someone had checked them again and we took photos before leaving.When we returned at the end of the day we found everything in a mess again. This time we had left nothing of value behind.We called the person in charge of the place but communication was very difficult. At first he assured us that no one had entered the rooms until we told him that someone had replaced the toilet paper that same day and he excused himself by saying that it had been "his friend", which we assumed was a guy we saw working there those days. two days we were there.We asked to speak to the manager or owner of the place, who apparently does not live on the island. Since they don't have cameras, he ended up telling us that we must have forgotten to lock the room or that we had "lost" the money we were missing.Since we booked through booking, they offered to make a full refund for the reservation. The problem is that by marking our reservation as never arriving at the place, we were unable to rate them.VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

We were missing money from our luggage. The first day when we found things mixed up we doubted if it was our lack of memory. So on the second day we left everything organized, reviewed and photographed and when we returned there were no doubts: someone came in to check everything. The reservation website refunded our money, the hotel people did not do much more between the difficulty of communication and the absence of a serious problem like this. The place is beautiful, but this experience took away all the time we had to enjoy, between getting rid of the bitterness and getting another location.

Very bad experience. The day we arrived we left our things at the hotel and went out to lunch. When we returned we noticed that our belongings were not as we left them (backpacks with all the zippers open, they had checked everything). When we returned at night, talking to our friends who were in the other room, they noticed that money was missing from a wallet.
