We stayed at La Roja Bubgalows on Nusa Penida for a few nights and really enjoyed our stay here.The accommodations are super equipped, there is a minibar, shower gel and shampoo in the shower and even a free bottle of still water that can be refilled at any time from a water dispenser in the reception area.The breakfast tasted great and you can have a good time by the pool, even if it understandably gets a little warm in the afternoon.We didn't book a "hut", but a classic room. We didn't see the inside of the huts, but the rooms are also a great thing. You have to decide for yourself whether you want to pay the extra charge for the huts.There are no exceptional bathing beaches in the immediate vicinity, but you can rent a scooter directly from the accommodation, with which you can easily get to various places on the island. There are different sized scooters, we chose the smallest and that was completely sufficient for us.We always went to Chill Penida for dinner, which only takes about 5 minutes by scooter.We are happy to recommend the accommodation, thank you for the lovely stay!

For the price you pay (we paid £28 a night!) it was worth every penny. The manager of the hotel made our stay, she was so helpful. Even though she was super busy running around as the hotel was fully booked she still made us feel the most important guests with little touches such as remembering our names. She organised a scooter for our stay for a good price. And also helped my boyfriend with organising some flowers for my birthday whilst we stayed.The rooms had everything we needed - nice shower, stocked mini fridge and good aircon.There are lots of nice restaurants and bars very close by which is great and breakfast was also included, another welcomed touch.Just be aware this hotel is on the other side of the island from the main tourist attractions and by scooter takes between 30 and 60 mins to reach some. I wouldn’t recommend using a scooter if you aren’t confident as the roads are not great. Also if you aren’t comfortable with bugs I would be aware as we had a few in our room!

It is a true oasis of peace! Clean and well-maintained facility. You have the swimming pool available with the supply of towels. The rooms are small, well-kept bungalows, new and clean. The shower is private but external and is really comfortable! The owner is a very kind and helpful young girl, she also recommended us an excellent place to go in the evening for dinner and listen to music. Good breakfast, you can choose from the night before. Menu and the time is also indicated. You are in the middle of nature and it is a very quiet place to rest.

Nice complex, attentive staff, neat and clean rooms. Breakfast is correct. They attended to all our requests without any problems. Correct price quality. There are many bars and restaurants around.

Since we had one night in Nusa Penida, we were able to stay here for one night, but we wished we could stay longer. This is a magnificent place. You can't get enough of sitting in the garden or by the pool. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff are very attentive and very helpful. Thank you very much to all the staff and I recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed here for 2 days, and the bungalows were quite comfortable. The room includes breakfast, and you can also enjoy a floating breakfast on request. The pool is big and clean, and there are food spots nearby. This place is very beautiful, even for filming, with its aesthetic and pleasing colors. The staff is very nice, positive, and ready to help. We rented a bike for 75,000, which is very affordable for the island. We really loved this place. Thank you for great days😍❤️

The pictures are beautiful, as is the outdoor area. That's it. You come in and they don't even help you with your luggage, they want payment in advance without us being allowed to look at the bungalow. Several different small insects and geckos were immediately found in the bungalow as there are many holes under the roof. Accordingly, everything is very noisy and at night you can hear roosters and dogs and early in the morning the gardener starts working and chatting loudly. Very dirty, animal droppings on the walls in the bathroom and above the bed. Very strong smell and the staff serving breakfast is unfortunately unkempt, which made it difficult to enjoy. However, the outdoor area and garden are really well maintained and beautifully designed, showing that the potential for a pleasant stay would definitely be there. Instead of three nights, we checked out after the first.

The bungalows, the hotel itself, the swimming pool, everything is tastefully decorated and well kept, arranged and maintained. Was a great 3 night stay with my wife and my 2yo baby. Lots of options for lunch/dîner within 5 min walk. The breakfast is extra. And the staff is extremely welcoming, helpfull and honest (we forgot a very expensive item in the locker only realising the next day we left and they arranged to send it to us). 100% recommend.
