Good location, opposite the beach. I've been here before and was impressed. But now I have to improve a lot, pay more, but everything has dropped a lot. The room is not clean. The air conditioner isn't cool at all. There is a smell of cigarettes in the building. There was only sand in the room. Stain on both mattress and sofa. There's no breakfast.

The ground floor room is very spacious. Two double beds The children ran around and had fun. There is a children's pool in front of the room as well, very convenient.The owner is very cute and kind.Most importantly, it's in an area where it's easy to find restaurants.

Very bad, a lot of dust. The room is like... condition Sweeping or wiping is still good. Personally, I have allergies. My youngest child has a skin allergy. I had to go down and ask for a mop, but the staff informed me that I would change the room. When I went to look at the other room, it was louder than the first room. So asking for half the money back is still good. Haven't stayed yet. I talked to the owner and he confirmed that he would not refund the money. So I decided to leave the money without stopping. It's a shame about the money. It's a pity that I haven't stayed yet, just went to look at the room. Half the night is still good, but the feeling is worse. It's a very bad feeling.

Very bad, can't see the actual room You can only see it in the picture. In the picture, it's beautiful, but it's seriously inaccurate, dirty, and the bathroom is both cramped and smelly. You have to tilt your body to get in and out. There were no bath towels, no dining table, no place to eat anything, had to sit on the floor. The room was wide but the lights were very dim and I had to open the curtains to help. The more the way up. Behind the building, it's cramped, uncomfortable, and smelly. In conclusion, I will definitely not miss going here again. Very bad.

Big room..air conditioner, comfortable bed..but please change the towels..they're so torn..the bedsheet as well..other than that according to the price..so ok...deducted 1 star...the bathrobe is torn.

Not suitable for people allergic to animals because they allow entry. Lots of dust, lots of fur. The room doesn't seem cleaned at all. The employee didn't ask for details about whether he was allergic to fur. The towel was torn.

The room is spacious, the service is good, but the spring bed seems to be old for a long time and does not have the shape of the bed. When sleeping, it flows and flows and gathers in the middle. The staff cleans well. Shady, lots of trees, good, has a pool.

I just came here not long ago and the receptionist provided good service. But the room isn't worth the price. There's a lot of dust like it's not done at all. I have to go and wipe it.As for food, the accommodation price should have free food, but the cost of 100 baht per set of food is not worth the price. If the food was clean and reasonable, more people would come and stay.

We stayed for 1 night 900 Tbhat. On the face a bargain. However other room residents are the cockroaches, in a room so in need of re-decoration. Bath and shower not fit for purpose. I would suggest if in UK they would lose their licence to trade.

It is the ultimate vacation spot. Across the road is the Cha-am sea. There are rooms at many prices, most popular as condos. There is a small swimming pool. The owner is kind and all the lovely staff provide excellent service. There are rooms for families that are comfortable and can be organized in groups as well. Today, it's good to come with the family and stay in a condo. It's my first time staying in a condo. Everything is complete. There is a refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, kettle, coffee, drinking water, and water heater. Now that the New Year festival is approaching, it will be decorated with beautiful night lights.
