FRAUD - HOROR Very old motel. Check this site first personally before you make payment. We cancelled after saw this property on site. No pictures because we are busy argument with the only one young boy who take cares the properry about cancellation fee that he can't make decisions. The picture of this hotel that they posted, maybe picture 20 years ago when motel still ok. Imagine if you found that swimming are lot greener than Green Canyon.

Be careful, bro, don't be like me... 0% security in the hotel room. I lost 2 cellphones and my wife's bag.And the hotel doesn't have the slightest responsibility. The price is pretty good for just 500 thousand for an ordinary hotel roomThe point is, just be careful, bro

Dont be tricked by the pictures you see. You have to check directly on the spot. The hotel was horrible, and spooky... the condition of the hotel itself was unfit for lodging, like an abandoned building... a big NO...

make sure you have surveyed the condition of the hotel before deciding to stay at this hotel. photos advertised not match with reality, possibly photos when the hotel just opened.advantages1. the location in front of the Batu Karas beach.Dis advantages:1. The building is not maintained2. AC doesn't work3. the room is not clean and humid4. toilet equipment is not available and the toilet is not work5. the room was not ready when the guest arrived (arrived around 16 pm)very disappointing.

It looks totally different with the advertisement.The rooms are humid, dark lighting, dirt wall, and some ceilling were not proper installed and dismantled from the frames. The swimming pool was converted to brown water, like river water during rainy season.We were disapointed.It was not recommended at allβ¦

Strategic location, the condition of the hotel does not match the description on the website.. check again, Besti before booking, so that you will be very disappointed.. We booked 9 rooms and all were canceled because the conditions were not suitable, the down payment for 9 rooms went flying πππ..

The hotel does not match the picture, is shabby and unkempt. Owner is not communicative... Difficult to contact after DP. It felt like I was just being trapped, and in the end I regret it. Just move, there are much better ones and cheaper prices!

Disappointing, we booked 9 rooms, tempted by the appearance of the photos, the reality was far from what we imagined, the rooms were damp, the water and AC didn't all work, even the bed sheets weren't installed in all the rooms, even though we arrived at 16 in the afternoon. Finally we decided to move hotels, but the owner never responded to our request to return the hotel deposit.

The office is very pretentious, at the start of the chat, etc., the reply to the chat was only (yes), really lazy, please, if you have a hotel, take care of it, don't sell it, receive the money, but don't take care of it, I stayed today for 2 nights but moved out of Pangandaran because it was no longer comfortable, then I asked the office to have a policy and a deduction to get the money back. But the answer is only (sorry no.) just once and lastly.

Plus: the place is beautiful, cool, lots of trees. You can negotiate the price on the spot, on the beach, not far from the karas swimming area.Minuses: the rooms are basic, the swimming pool has turned into a fish pond. The AC was dripping with water even though there was a cupboard underneath, after a while the cupboard was rotting and it was all wet.Conclusion: if the price is friendly, you still want to stay there.

It's a shame even though the location is very strategic, right in front of the beach which is safe for swimming. but the condition of the hotel is very poorly maintained. very bad. price Rp. 300,000 is too expensive with room conditions like this. old building. the door was destroyed. the bathroom window was also shattered. lots of insects and mosquitoes. There is no hot water for showering. but provided towels and hot water for coffee
