The rooms are clean, the bath water is warm, the staff are friendly, the location is not far from the beach, suitable for large or small families, the breakfast is also quite good.

During my stay at HaU Beach Batukaras, over all the service was very satisfying, the bed was comfortable, the blanket was soft, clean, the toilet was super clean, the shower water was very good, the breakfast was ok, just needed to add a few more menus to make it complete, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Basically good job ***** basically very satisfying.

The hotel staff is very friendly, & very helpful. We won't regret it, we'll definitely come back again. Apart from the placeclose to the beach, the hotel is very clean, the AC, the hot water is really good, the hotel is super comfortable 👍👍

The location is very close to the beach! Unfortunately there was an error in the booking system when I wanted to stay yesterday. But I got a satisfying complimentary the next day. Keep it up! Hopefully it will be a lesson and get better.
