Very close to the West coast, just a 5 minute walk. The position is not next to the main road so at night it is quite calm.Suggestions for painting the ceiling and repairing the broken bathroom window/lock.On the first night we were disturbed because there was someone doing karaoke at the hotel behind us until 00.30 and the sound was really loud! Please close the roster that connects to the back hotel.The next day I made a complaint to MyPangndaran (I booked from here) I was immediately given a solution and action, max karaoke hours until 23.00, so I really liked the service and the location of the homestay.For that price, it's quite worth it. Not bad but not excellent either. If you want excellent, choose the more expensive one

There are 3 rooms & all AC. Large parking lot, just walk to the beach (close). Close to a minimarket. There is a kitchen that can be used for cooking when you are hungry at night... T.O.P
