Good afternoon. I would like to share a review of my stay from 07/16/2024 to 07/19/2024 at the Green Coco House, which the locals call Coco warung. I booked the hotel through Booking, payment should have been made on the spot. I arrived, and there was construction at the entrance and on the sides, no one warned about this when booking, it was very sad, because you are waiting for one thing, and it’s just “sorry, we are presenting you with a fact.” I tried to move, but there weren’t any decent paid rooms in Amed - it’s one big village that stretches along the coast with small villages along the coast, goujack and hornbeam don’t work here, you have to move around on your own or rent transport through your hotel. So I returned to Green Coco House, they asked me to cancel the reservation, I created a new one, it was also canceled and then they simply gave me a receipt for payment on the spot, so I couldn’t leave a review through booking. Construction from 07:00 to 17:00, imagine that you come from the beach, and around you there are construction workers talking and making noise, they are nice people, but you came to relax. The woman, girl and boy who work at the reception are very good people, I thank them, the boy once swept the floor in front of the doors of my house, and the girl gave me a mask for 25,000 (this can be done on the beach) for the day, gave me a blanket (it it was torn and was not needed) and an iron, and also gave me a special thing to remove the water in the restroom, since the water does not go away after taking a shower. During the three nights of my stay, there was no cleaning or change of bed linen or towels, breakfast and free Wi-Fi did not brighten this up. The water in the shower did not flush, there were ants in the room, it’s good that there is a mosquito canopy over the bed. Everything looks decent from the outside, but if you just came to spend the night and the rest of the time you will be traveling around the surrounding areas, then this option will suit you. If you came for a long-term stay, I do not recommend it, if you are ready to endure inconvenience, if you were waiting for a vacation and planned it like me, so as not to be disappointed. Lipah beach is wonderful with its coral reef, fish and alluring black sand, but you can find nicer accommodation.

We stayed here for two days actually first the arrival was a little bit complicated due of the bad location(bad street and far away from the Center) breakfast was ok the worst thing was the laundry they messed up my white shirt and turned it brown and I am missing clothes ! I tried to contact the responsable of the place but didn’t got a reply. Very upset with the Service…wouldn’t recommend.
