This is a proper piece of paradise! Jaco, Caylin and all the staff were amazing and extremely hospitable and knowledgeable of the area. We got cooking waves even though it was shoulder season! Can’t wait to get back again! Thank you so much!

Amazing all round experience at the kingfisher.
Blown away by the hospitable staff and hosts, facilites were great and just the fact you open your eyes to one of the world class waves mentawai has to offer was something i will never forget. Counting down the days till I go back.

Our stay at Kingfisher was amazing! They take care of absolutely everything for you!! the rooms, food and service were all incredible. Not to mention the world class surf on your doorstep!!Will definitely be back. Big thanks to the owner Jaco/Caylin as well as Juan for the amazing photos.

What a place! Should not really be telling people as would love to keep this slice of paradise off the radar, but these guys deserve the props and recognition as they do an amazing job. Its truly a perfect place for a surf escape with world class waves on the doorstep, really nice natural vibrs accommodation with all mod cons. The food is top notch and they took care of my pescatarian needs so well the other meat eaters were jealous ;)Will definitely be going back!

One of the most magical places I have ever been. It is such an amazing experience being here- you can fully disconnect from every day life and life the tropical dream. Great surf, cool people, beautiful nature and amazing food. I have been back several times. This is a yearly trip for my friends and I - a 5 star rating without any doubt!

What a place!!I've been to Kingfisher Resort three times already, and every trip has been absolutely insane! The wave right in front of the resort is perfect—wake up, go for asurf, come back for some incredible food, then repeat. You can easily get in three surf sessions a day if you've got the energy!There are also tons of surf spots to explore nearby, either by scooter or with their speedboat. The waves are world-class, and somehow it's never too crowded, which is a huge plus.But what really makes it special is the Kingfisher crew. They’re all so friendly, funny, and welcoming—it truly feels like a big family.Every time I come back, it's an unforgettable trip with the crew. As good as it gets for a surf getaway! Gonna be back soon!
