Personally, I went to stay during a long holiday. Three people go, inform in advance from the time of booking. The entrance sign is a bit confusing until you enter the right alley. The place is on the water's edge. Good atmosphere, focus on rafting. Suitable for about 6-10 people because they will be able to use the waterfront seating area easily. The rooms are quite next to each other, so it is inconvenient to have to share the seating area with other people in the room next to each other.Breakfast: There isn't much to eat.Management.. Might not be able to compete with other local resorts overall. So I feel like it's not really worth the money spent.This is a personal opinion from the point of view of someone who has traveled a lot. Some people may like this. Everyone's expectations may be different.

Reserve a room next to the water for 2500. It's raining heavily. I don't want to sit in front of the house. You can't eat grilled pork. There should be some umbrellas in front of the house. Each time you want to eat, you have to walk upstairs. Because the accommodation doesn't allow eating in the room. I recommend making an awning or umbrella. Because people who come to visit want to relax with nature, sitting in a room on a rainy day is not fun at all.

The atmosphere is very good, the water is clear, the water flows quickly and is shady. The uncles and aunts who own the resort are very kind. ☺️ I will definitely go again.

Didn't come to stay But coming in and sitting at the booth next to the water, I didn't feel okay. The entrance fee is 100/person. The booth fee is 300. There were 5 of us and we paid 800. This does not include the cost of rafting. In fact, if you want to keep it, it's probably better to keep one or the other. Will collect a bounty of 100 The resort should have a place for him to rest. This is to collect the bounty and then collect the seat fee again. We feel that we are taking too much advantage of consumers.

Because the air conditioner is not cool4. The owner's aunt asked the housekeeper to spray water on the heating coil to keep the air conditioner cool.5. The owner asked me to change to a new room with cool air conditioning. But I want to add more money.6. The owner's aunt refuses to return the money. By saying that the customer has entered the room.7. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, the customer was angry and informed that he would go to the police station to report the matter, so he agreed to return the money and apologize.

Very bad serviceInitially reserved through Agoda.Because of the owner's son Put the accommodation into the system in this app under the name of the accommodation: Baan Lung Yot Guesthouse. 3 weeks before the reservation date, there was business passing that way so I stopped by to take a look. The accommodation is closed for renovations. The owner's son therefore coordinated the transfer of the room to Baan Lung Yot Resort instead. So went to talk to the resort owner.It was well confirmed, but 1 week before the reservation date, I called to reiterate. Instead, it was informed that the room had already been released. The service is very bad.
