Very pleasant place. Cute trees. It’s a shame the pool is dirty. Few deck chairs. Dirty and damaged cushions. Be careful, quite a bit of noise at night and early in the morning (animals and dogs) and the bungalows are made of straw. But very nice staff, super helpful, including in the restaurant and during breakfasts (a separate building), beautiful view of the jungle with monkeys not far away. Nice restaurants not far from a diving center (French). Better hotel next to the authentic Nusa Penida. Quite a bit of a mess behind the bungalows on the right. Trash cans. Defective maintenance for the bathroom, toilet and electricity.

Positive notes:1. good location, quite central to the island. (In any case you will need means to get around)2. Overall nice structure3. If you need help booking taxis or boats to get around they will help you4. When you arrive a welcome drink will be waiting for youNegative notes:1. Cleanliness of the room so-so. We found stains and gecko/bird poop on the loveseat outside and hairballs in the bathroom2. There was always a bad smell in the bathroom3. Zero windows4. I booked seeing "breakfast included" but it turned out that it was only valid for the first day and not for all. Small scam I would say.5. The guys at the reception are very nice, the ones at the restaurant much less.6. The hotel restaurant is convenient but not very good. I'd say 6+/10

We had doubts but it was a success choosing this accommodation. Basic rooms but that meet the needs perfectly. Bathroom very good. The staff is friendly and helped us with everything. The island environment is fantastic, with beautiful beaches and easy snorkeling in Crystal Bay

The hotel in itself is quite nice. Bungalows are beautiful (even if it’s really noisy as you can hear all the conversations of your neighbours).However, the reception and taxi/driver/shuttle service was TERRIBLE ! A real disaster. We first booked a private tour for the day but the hotel staff allocated us a driver who couldn’t speak and understand English. It was impossible to communicate with him. Besides these communication problems, the driver was ARROGANT (laughing at us) rude, and refused many times to stop to buy some water.Furthermore, after having shared this problem with the reception of the hotel, we saw that they DIDN’T CARE about the problem as they decided to give us the SAME driver for the next day to go to the Harbor. We booked this transfer the day before at 7.45am for 6 people with luggages. The receptionnist told us at 8am that it was not possible for us to all go with the taxi (even if we precised all the information the day before). He started to laugh and told us to « find a solution by our own way because it was not his problem ». We finally left the hotel 30 minutes late and when we arrived at the place, both drivers tried to scam us by asking more money that the amount already paid at the hotel. When we refused to give it to them, they started to ATTACK us physically.WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED about the service provided By the hotel and find that this situation is UNACCEPTABLE. We are really surprised about the lack of action of the hotel when we told them the problem. For these reasons, WE DON’T ADVICE this hotel.

The hotel itself is super nice and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are clean and pleasant to stay. However, the services offered by the hotel (taxi + private driver for a day's visit) are catastrophic. Our private driver did not speak a word of English and was very unpleasant with us. Impossible to communicate with him even to ask him to stop to buy water. The worst remains the Taxi, we had ordered a Taxi from the reception to be dropped off at the port in order to take our boat, first surprise the driver is the same as the one who took care of our private tour even though we had clearly specified that things had gone very badly with him. A series of discussions followed because the hotel had made a mistake in booking taxis, forcing us to put pressure on ourselves in order not to miss our boat. Finally after multiple discussions, two cars dropped us off at the port but inexplicably the two drivers demanded we pay (even though this had been done at the hotel). They physically attack us by pushing us and threatening us. For this reason, we do not recommend this hotel!

The only good thing is that it is close to Cristal Bay! Everything else... musty smell both in the room and in the bathroom, towels that smell like pee (think that if you want them to change you should throw them on the floor, isn't it easier to put a basket in each bathroom?) cockroaches in the room, in plural... the cleaning is zero, I'll upload some photos so you can see what I'm talking about. Why talk about rental motorcycles... you must have a lot of experience to take them because they are destroyed. Please do not take this hotel, it is not worth it.

We booked a Yin yoga class and it was really great. Even as a beginner it was perfect because you felt like you were in good hands and were given detailed instructions. We were deeply relaxed afterwards. ☺️
