Penida Bay Village

Room comfortable, gardens and pool nice.However the acrid burning smell you can taste forced us out of the room at 6am. You could taste it, so bad.Not healthy or acceptable.Breakfast the worst of the local places we tried. Egg and toast was fine. Way, way too much sugar in the OJ.Sausages were cold and the bacon was carbon. What’s the point in serving if inedible?Had dinner here and the food was better.Agree on the waiter being somewhat rude.Stay next door—You can find better unless you don’t want to eat here.

We had three nights at Penida Bay Village and loved it. The accomodation was spacious and very clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was generous and delicious. On our last day, we were leaving early and the staff offered to open the kitchen early so we would not miss our complimentary breakfast. We were very appreciative. It is very quiet there so if you enjoy quiet and relaxing, this is a perfect getaway.

Loved staying there 🥰 I wish I could have stayed longer! unlike the previous review that I just read, I loved the place, the cute little private rooms and the pool.Nice airconmy room was very clean and had everything I needed, we were offered a welcome juice on arrival which was very pleasant and cute.the hotel is located only 10min away from the beach (nice sunset spot). To get there, you can walk though the beautiful nature 🌴it’s an easy walk mainly flat (road)through the palm trees, you may see a couple of monkeys on your way 🐒Again unlike the previous review, I find the hotel being in the nature close to the beach is perfect for people who want some peace in tropical nature ,it is not that remote, it is near the beach 🏝️ this is an island ! and the beauty of it is that it still does have a bit of wildness, if you don’t like nature and can’t walk through a few palm trees then stay in your city 😬 this place is authentic and peaceful, from my experience the staff was very friendly, and there is nothing I would complain about, the only thing I noticed was that the service at dinner time was a bit slow but it was busy so I guess they might need one more staff for dinner time, other than that it’s a really nice place to chill and I would recommend any nature lovers to go there, I find the price was correct compared to other places as this place is clean and the pictures match the reality.The access to the hotel is a normal road( just not brand new) but what do you expect on such a tiny island 😌, any car can access 👌Thanks to the beautiful team and we maybe see you again 🙏

Honestly I understand the notes given to this unpleasant personal hotel Hotel niche in the middle of the jungle far away with ultra dangerous roads without tar be careful of your Cossy view that there are millions of holes on the road in the evening no light complete black from 6 p.m. taxi to go to the port 250 k to go to kilingking and Diamond beach and atud beach which is close to Diamond beach 800 k round trip. no service at the hotel breakfast but so horrible. My daughter asked for an omelette and we made her an omelette with tomes. We asked for a nature and he told us it's already done, we won't change it. While on the menu it never states that there are tomatoes and vegetables in it. He offered us a taxi at 600 k to go to Kiling King without the return. Hotel which charges a tax of 3% per person if we pay in CB. To flee I paid 40 euros for the bungalow with breakfast it's very expensive seeing that everything was horrible. beach to flee dirty and horrible waves impossible to swim no amenities nearby no restaurant there are 3 Warung and that of the hotel is completely complete because there is no restaurant nearby and the food is horrible, especially the one in the hotel. To flee flee flee flee the nearest real restaurant is 2 kilometers away and there is no taxi no service once your driver has left. You are condemned to stay in a hotel. Or the end of meal service is at 8 p.m. after finishing you will sleep on an empty stomach

Business that ignores childrenThe beds and floors in the rooms look clean but I can't say the same for the bathroom. The sinks are dirty and the towels are very old. The female staff serving breakfast never smiles. And she doesn't know how to treat customers. We stayed in Indonesia for 1 month with our 4-year-old daughter and this is the first time we've encountered a business that ignores children so much. They're lying because they don't want to give a towel to a child. They didn't even want to give us a table for 3 people. I think they were expecting us to have breakfast while holding our big child in our arms. And let alone giving the child breakfast, they didn't even bring a serving plate. Also, the products served for breakfast are of very poor quality. They bring you concentrated fruit juice on an island that is a tropical fruit paradise. I don't recommend eating here at all... I can say that price-performance is 5 out of 10. The scores given for this business are overrated.

Very nice and quiet place, comfortable and cool cabins, very good service and food, 10 minutes walk from Cystal Bay. We were able to manage the motorcycle rental with them, everything was very easy. …

Some bungalows with a lot of charm. The pool is beautiful. The food is also pretty good in general. The staff is very attentive and affectionate. If you respect their prices and contract the services through them, they will have details with you. Crystal Bay Beach is just a few minutes walk away. They have a scooter rental service right there. Highly recommended ❤️🙏
