Service: The room was not ready even though check in was at 15.10 WIB which should have been available at 14.00, the hotel staff was not fast and did not take the initiative, the ID card was detained, not just copied or shown.Room Facilities: The water doesn't turn on until 20.00 WIB, the walls are cracked and in some parts damp and moldy, the water heater doesn't work, the AC is old and leaks at the bottom of the entrance, the sandy sheets used previously, the cleanliness is ruined, under the mattress lots of dust and sand.

The room is nice, the kids like it... good lighting, AC, water hitter... but I don't understand how to turn on the TV, and the phone doesn't connect when I try it. The price is very friendly, hopefully in the future it will be even better, the rooms will be expanded a little for the superior ones.It's a shame I didn't have time to take a selfie in my room because I arrived at 2 am in the morning and went straight to the beach.

The rooms are comfortable, the lighting is very romantic, there is air conditioning, a water heater, but the size is not big enough, but it is really worth it for the price offered. Hopefully it will continue to sell well. For Rose in the Pangandaran Hotel, all you have to do is improve the parking area and for the cleaning staff, please keep the cleaning tools in their place before guests check out, don't leave them in the front area of the room 🤗

Stayed for 2 MLMs at a price of 1,537,312 zone security, our room was invaded by thieves, bags, cellphones, money, important papers were all lost, the hotel only apologized and promised to follow up immediately, I reported it to the police station at that very hour, there was a lot of CCTV but everything is broken, only the reception desk is on, be careful not to let what I experienced happen again because it left trauma. The worst night of our family's life, please don't delete the review# Review reviewAfter a week the hotel compensated 1 million, whether it's appropriate or not is up to you to judge

The location is on the main road, Jl Kidang Pananjung, the AC is good, the bathroom has hot water, the standard TV is not right on the beach...good enough for a break

The location is a bit far from the beach, but the rooms are clean, the layout is quite good and efficient, looks modern and neat, the staff is friendly and very helpful, for parking there is an empty lot next to the hotel so the distance is close and there are stairs to the hotel, unfortunately there is a lot of sand and dust because the parking area has not been paved or at least given cement. Overall was good🙂

Rose Inn Hotel... nice rooms, cold AC, good service.. basically for a holiday in Pangandaran, I recommend staying at the Rose Inn Hotel.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, AC, hot water, really good TV...there is a toothbrush, soap, plus a towel,,Mineral water is provided, hot water is available in a dispenser...Really great for that price..Really, a comfortable place to rest after being tired...The only downside is that I forgot to provide a mat and drinking glass... but that's ok...😁One more thing... 2 nights there we were given a toothbrush and mineral water every day...Thank You
