I just reserved a stay for friends in March '21. After they just finished renovating it, friends really liked it because the accommodations were very spacious and very clean. The service was first class. There were a lot of rooms. What I like most is the new kitchen and banquet room with karaoke and snooker table. I recommend it if you're coming to stay in a group. Name changed from Royal GraceUsed to stay here on 26 Sep 20 and wrote a review on Pantip. Go ahead and delete it. Criticize for the cause. You even sent a basket to apologize. If it's improved, it's good.But whoever wants to stay here, please ask for details. The price paid that day is 30,000 baht/1 night for 20+ 10 people (with 10 people being extra beds). At the price of 700 baht per bed) the price is not cheap, sleeping in a hotel is equal to 2000 baht / 1 room, location Cha-am, good rooms, price less than 2 thousand, lots of them.- Until what time can the pool be used? Pool villa renters can use it all night. On the day of stay, at 10:00 p.m., they come and splash chlorine to keep the face away.- Informed that there were 30 people staying, but the plates and bowls provided were very few. In the end, we had to go out and find disposable containers ourselves. The grill is just a little small. The fresh produce that was brought couldn't be grilled in time for the number of people who were so hungry that they had to order grab. The gas stove was not in good condition, the kettle was old, and the microwave was old.- The extra bed provided is just a topper or more like a picnic bed. The width should not be more than 3 inches. It is not a hotel-style extra bed in any way.- There is not a single bottle of drinking water (water) provided. There's only ice.- Do not use your voice at midnight. But the recreation room that is available cannot accommodate up to 30 people.- Check out day is noon, but it's not yet noon so I call to hurry up. and inform that if the time is exceeded, the money will be adjusted Including having to wash the dishes and pick up all the trash yourself or else there will be a fine as well.Suitable for being a home for families or adults who don't sleep late and don't make loud noises. no privacy An office where people keep watch together. There is a window that can be seen from outside. Other people's cars were driving in and out, seeing people playing in the water, lots of rules, lots of problems, and then came the day the power went out. You have to open the door to sleep. The person watching the phone was talking loudly and was inconsiderate and had to walk up and tell him.

The service is not according to the normal pattern of a normal resort. Late check-in, transparency in checking the condition of the room before the room tenant checks out is not transparent, after having the staff come to check and report that it is complete. But when I left the accommodation, I reported that this line was broken. and deduct the room security deposit I encountered this myself, so I will let everyone know before I encounter something like this.
